I would like to give a special mention to Tameena at Currys in Guiseley, West Yorkshire.
I have had the pleasure of dealing with Tameena on a few occasions, and every single time she has been absolutely brilliant. Her professionalism is outstanding, but what really sets her apart is the way she genuinely listens to her customers and takes the time to understand their needs. She is caring, patient, knowledgeable and never makes you feel rushed or pressured.
On my most recent visit, Tameena’s advice and customer service gave me the confidence to purchase a generator iron costing £259.99, along with additional cover. I felt completely reassured that I was making the right choice because of the time and care she took to explain everything to me.
Tameena is a real credit to Currys and an absolute asset to the Guiseley store. Staff members who provide this level of customer service deserve to be recognised. I genuinely hope her hard work and dedication are acknowledged by management because she is a fantastic representative of the company.

washing machine installation
Delivery, installation and recycling personnel very quick tidy and efficient - all very satisfactory.
A little disappointing that although the only purchase option for larger white goods required delivery a delivery charge is still added; Currys' 'extra' charges (delivery/installation/recycling) are higher than many competitors and add a substantial amount to overall costs.

Safaa was a great help at Guiseley.
Safaa was a great help. We bought our fridge freezer here because ours was broken and we could have next day delivery. They took away our old one, which was gear as our local council is no longer collecting them.
