Did not receive phone call day prior to delivery

Staff were very helpful and new their stuff

Customer service was excellent. Staff in store where very helpful.

The inability to just come and collect a simple tumble drier from stock there was nothing in stock and delivery was the only option at cost if you do use them and price is a consideration remember add the delivery fee as they won't have one to take away.

My Sony XM6 headphones came without a USBC charge cable

While looking at a £2k+ TV, a staff member brought 2 customers over whom he stood right in front of me while describing it. Then noticing me looking at him, he said I could listen if I wished. I was about to walk out when another member of staff came over & asked if he could help. He was both polite and knowledgeable and in the end I bought the model I had been looking at initially. Zero out of 10 to the first guy for plain bad manners and 10 out of 10 for his colleague.

Kush went above and beyond and provided me with the best customer service I have received in a long time! I was in store recently and had a large order which required a variety of products with a budget in mind and Kush was fantastic as helping advise on each product to match my requirements and I never felt pressure to pick a certain one. Overall, a delightful shopping trip and would recommend anyone to ask him for advice when they are next in ! Thank you Kush !

I’ve made two orders with Currys in the past few weeks and each had an issue that needed customer support involved post delivery.

The first order had an item with a dent. While the replacement process was easy and painless, still an inconvenience and time spent on the phone.

The second order: the washer dryer had a 5 year warranty at a time of purchase last week. When i went to register it today, LG claimed that it’s on a 2 year warranty.
While choosing which product to buy, I did consider another washer dryer but discarded it purely for the 2 year warranty reason. I picked a more expensive option that turns out to also have 2 year warranty (unless you pay extra).

I suspect there was a promotion period that offered extended manufacturer warranty that ended in the time frame between ordering and having it delivered.

I am now told by Currys customer support to go into on of the shops in person to have it resolved. So another inconvenience, time spent getting to the store and negotiating a solution. Won’t be buying from Currys again.

Edit: just discovered a second issue with the most recent order. I paid for installation, and the appliance is shaking considerably already on the lowest spin setting.

Rakesh answered all our questions and advised us of the best machine for our needs ( for two golden oldies !)The whole procedure was painless and we left thankful that it was a job well done.
The engineers who delivered and installed our new washing machine were unbelievably efficient. We had a call to say they were running 5 minutes late! Very impressive! Top marks to CURRYS.

The staff were very helpful. I asked for additional info regarding the purchase. Unlike some, they did not assume I had no technical knowledge at all!
