Your staff did good
Your staff did good, helpful and friendly but you need to do better when it comes to keeping goods in stock. The radio we wanted, which was the cheapest of that brand, was out of stock but plenty if the expensive ones left. We had to go back 2 days later to collect the one we ordered. Must try harder to keep up your budget stock. Not everyone can afford expensive radios. Otherwise experience shopping with Curry's was good.

Relaxing and helpful experience
We had previously been in the store to look at products available for our needs.
Having carried out our research we visited the store to double check and purchase the items on arrival Rehan introduced himself and asked if he could help, I informed him that we knew what we wanted and would come back to him once we were ready. He didn't follow us around which was great, once happy he took us through the purchases and delivery paperwork. Thank you Rehan for making this visit a relaxing experience.

Visited Curry's Craigleith Edinburgh to buy a simple to use automatic washing machine for my 89 year old mother. Very helpful salesman directed us to a machine fitting our requirements. Unfortunately it was no longer available but he found us another one which was just as easy to use and slightly cheaper. We ordered on the Thursday and the new one was installed on the Saturday and the old one removed. Very happy with the service

Effortless
Needed a new Vacuum cleaner, found the perfect one on the Curry’s website, ordered it and picked it up 2 days later ( would have been the same day if not for not being able to make it to the store). Very happy with the service and lovely member of staff at the store and Very happy with the new Shark Vacuum!!!
