The sales person was knowledgeable and very helpful. He was cheery and friendly.

Friendly helpful stall, really informative and no pressure to make my mind up. My purchase is being delivered Saturday, my choice. I always look at Curry's first when I'm looking for a laundry item. Their prices are usually better than others.

The two guys were absolutely brilliant they brought the Fridge/Freezer and were very courteous oh so very helpful happy guys left everything so tidy

I walked into the store and found the item I was buying, as I had researched it beforehand, and it was service with a smile.

Bought a laptop on Flexipay - had my daughters name on the order - the order was in a different city as she is at university - staff refused to hand her the laptop saying I needed to be there. I was on the call with them offered to be on video call showing my ID to them but no way was anything going to happen. Tried calling customer support but they also just said no. Complete waste of time, daughter had taken a 45min bus ride to the store.

Excellent service , information was on point and on the basis of that I changed my purchase to a set of Marshall buds .

Bought a £450 coffee machine from this company 13 months ago. It's developed a major leak. Tried contacting Philip's the manufacturer, no reply. Tried contacting Curry's as under the Consumer Rights Act of 2015 the onus lies with them, spoke to a call centre agent who could not help me as " they are just a call centre " Went on line and had a live chat with Hamas who asked for every detail to then say the "system limitations meant he could not help me" Suggested I drive 17 miles to speak to someone in the shop. They do not have any way of phoning the shop and they can take up to 72 working hours to call you back. Now that's a service to be proud of. All I want is someone to speak to and take responsibility for a fault not of my making and come up with a resolution. Apparently Philip's and Curry's have issues with dealing with customers after you have parted with your money.
UPDATE: Philip's have reached out and will carry out the repair under warranty, the power of Trust pilot.
Update;
As I received a reply asking for details so that Curry's can get back to me, no surprise that they have not done so. Even after THEY reached out to me, they just ignored their own reply. Now does that not say an awful lot about thre company
** Philips have replaced the whole machine as the fault was irreparable, power of Trust pilot!

Very helpful assistant. Plenty choice

Having purchased from Currys last year when the service was outstanding, we received the very opposite last month. Buying a kettle (£190) we saw the one we wanted alas no staff around although shop empty. A lady came over and we asked about price, if display was last one, and bluntly she confirmed it was only display model and full price. We were about to say yes please when she simply walked away. Blunt and really quite rude. Oddly another lady appeared and asked if we wanted this one. Yes please I thought we would "risk" the display model. At the desk it went down hill. She failed to fit the kettle into the box, my wife very politely suggested it was the bottom "cardboard" and the lady blanked my wife removed part of the cardboard and headed to the pc. No please. No thanks. No smile. No eye contact. Bluntly she asked "name? email?" etc. "do you want OUR guarantee?" Sorry but no explanation or price of this offered. I said no. Then she said "then do NOT bring it back here" Wow. As rude as we have experienced in any shop. I wrote feedback to Currys (2 letters) but no reply whatsoever. Other companies look for feedback, not Currys. I feel for both assistants who were clearly not happy and clearly showed it. Management should care for and train their staff. Really sad experience for us the customer, who (maybe I am wrong) "pay the wages". After such wonderful service in 2025 I was stunned at the rudeness. Caveat emptor.
