Really impressed with Curry’s’ in-store customer service. The staff were so helpful and knowledgeable. Special mention to Jay and Said at Colliers Wood for their help with my purchase of a Fridge Freezer.

Went to pick up my 4k ring doorbell and had the best time with the staff laughing and joking with me it was great. I always have the best time with the staff at Collierswood they’re so respectful friendly and helpful and the banter is top tier. The service is brilliant you’re not left waiting looking around waiting to be served the moment you walk in you’re greeted with a warm smile and a lovely hello. My experience was so smooth. Hassan, one of the workers, was kindly guiding me on what laptop would fit my personal needs and situation. He had a perfect blend of expertise, kindness and an added humour that made everything enjoyable.
If you ever want to ask something, go find him.

I managed to get a laptop at a very decent price that suits my everyday needs.

Overall very pleased.

The initial assistant I spoke to was very helpful, checked to see if my product was in the shop then sent link for me to purchase, I was able to pick up the next day the staff there were friendly, polite and professional

The communication for the delivery service was consistent and smooth. The installation was seamless and the delivery person was friendly and courteous. A very pleasant experience!

Every time I go to curry’s the customer service is terrible or nonexistent and this time was no different! This particular customer service staff was rude and lazy. She was too lazy to exchange a simple, “hello, how can I help you?” She was too lazy to use the collection code that I was sent and demanded the order number instead. Now if there is an issue and the collection number cannot be used then a simple explanation would have been sufficient. She also did not bother to explain that she couldn’t find my order and just made me wait without any explanation or apology. In the end she found it and simply left it on the counter and walked away. This is by far the worst encounter I have had in this curry’s. Being professional doesn’t cost you anything but it does come with territory when working this kind of job but this staff member was downright arrogant and she showed no remorse for her actions. I will no longer be shopping with curry’s.

Paid by Apple Pay although I got charged no receipt came out so they said they would void the payment used my credit card to pay for another phone still waiting for my first payment to be returned

I have to say the lady- Andreea 70 - who helped me was amazing. Knowledgeable, helpful and went out of her way to get us what we wanted without being pushy. She’s a credit to your company. She should be running that store.

TV delivered smashed, not happy

The assistant (Hasan?) gave us all the time & assistance we needed, explained everything to our understanding which made the shopping experience pleasant

I was kept well informed of the progress of my order and was dealt with pleasantly and efficiently when I picked it up

Ordered online and went early to see if my item was there by chance, staff very helpful, checked stockroom and found one for me 😊

I visited the Colliers Wood store regarding my faulty device, and Nagfisa assisted me in a very professional, caring and efficient manner.

I was genuinely impressed by her excellent customer service. She took the time to listen to my concerns, offered sound advice and resolved my issue promptly. Her approach made me feel valued as a customer, and I truly appreciated the care and attention she gave me.

I went to purchase S26 ultra. Usama Farooqui helped me and guided me through everything and ease my confusions and queries with such good communication and his expertise. 10/10 for his service. He was very welcoming and sweet.

I went to recycle several electrical items including a tv, screen, radio, photo frame etc. As you can guess they were quite bulky so I took a taxi. I thought the vouchers would balance out cost.

First on arriving and having to make two trips the security wouldn't hold the entrance for me but made me drop of the first walk round to the entrance and enter again. He directed me to a drop of cage. I said I'd need a person as my impression from the website was that vouchers were given for items, but apparently not!

After leaving one set next to these I was about to leave when he questioned why I would leave the second set by the door.

So firstly couldn't even help an older 5ft nothing woman to carry the stuff to the desk. Was deceived by website which should be clearer about what each store offers. If I knew they didn't offer vouchers I'd probably just have dropped off the items gradually and I think the whole attitude was not customer friendly.
