Currys - Christchurch Omdömen 

Ordered Laptop online & picked up 15 mins later. Can’t get much better than that!

I visited the shop to buy a laptop. The person I spoke with, Josh, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I had visited the day before and the person I approached although polite wasn’t as willing.

when i ordered a new laptop the service was great
but when i was in the shop i could not get any ones
attention most of the staff were playing with there
phones.

Easy to find what I wanted and the staff were helpful

Angie the assistant was very helpful and patient with us and explained everything in detail for us to understand it was a really good experience and not stressful at all

Ordered new washing machine in store, really quick and easy. Paid for installation and recycling and was sorted out by Mark and Ethan who provided a really efficient service of getting rid of my old one and installing the new one. Was tricky location so thought it would be hassle but Mark and Ethan smashed it. Both really nice, professional and made the process stress free and seamless. I couldn't have had a better experience so shout out to those guys...deffo deserve a good pay rise when the time of year comes around as staff like that provide priceless experience for customers!

Curry’s have been contacted on at least three occasions & each time promised a call from a manager one with an actual time slot & no one rang me I gave up, lately my purchases have had something wrong with them after only a few mths, I was given a run around months ago where I literally had to drive three times back & fourth shop to home to set up new iPad in the end I upgraded as I was desperate to get an iPad that worked, new spa now playing up new hoover had to be returned within months threw Dyson not curry’s, I never got money match on my item which could have saved me at least £75 curry’s quality of goods I think are very poor lately & customer service is just lacking in every department ..they don’t give a toss whether in store or online !

Josh was excellent. You couldn't ask for better. The problem I have is with Currys. I had an e voucher for my macbook that couldn't be repaired. The new one was £1000 more, but I couldn't pay monthly. Reason I had an e voucher.!! So zero stars for Currys, not their employees.

Easy to search for computer on-line. Very good price. Picked up from Christchurch store. Long story short, had not used previous computer for over a year after I bought it - and proved to be faulty. With the help of Sam I purchased a repair scheme this time - computer still £30 cheaper than competition! Am using it to write this review. All good

A dreadful experience, and seemingly getting worse. I've never known any other shop to have so many staff hanging about doing pretty much nothing, and especially not communicating with customers. Coupled to that, the shelves are nearly always empty except for TVs. A shadow of its former self, and might as well just shut all the shops and stick with online sales only.
