Ben was the chap who served me and I must say what a change it was too find such a well mannered young man. Nothing was to much trouble.
He was knowledgeable about the product and even carried it to the vehicle for me. I am wheelchair bound. Well done Curry's for finding such a decent young man, he will go far in your company.

Delivery drivers were brilliant
Delivery drivers were brilliant. However that can’t be said for the appliance, the delivery drivers had to remove the packaging to get the American fridge freezer through the doors and a good job they did as the appliance was damaged. We are really disappointed about this, and rather annoyed. We felt sorry for the delivery men as they couldn’t apologise more. Obviously this was done when the item was being loaded into the delivery van.

The Front of House Staff and their IT Staff at Team Knowhow (care plan staff) Based at The Deva Retail Park Chester Cheshire are some of the Very Best People you wish to meet.
So Kind Caring Helpful once they know your skill level(Me80yr low level) they took me under their wings, and guided me thru my purchase and best of all the transfer of data from my old to my new HP Laptop.

I needed a new desktop and hadn’t purchased one in years but your staff took me through the options I required and selected a computer that most matched my needs and the requisite software needed.
The selection and discussion wasn’t pressurised and each question raised was answered fully which built confidence that we had made the correct selection in coming to Curry’s .
Would recommend to anyone that if your looking at new computers to look into store.
