I was sold three years warranty at a cost of £80, and on delivery of my appliance, a fridge freezer there is two years warranty included from Bosch, so I shall be calling back at your store for a refund, it just shows it's all about how much money you can squeeze from your customers, not customer care

Beko washing machine
I recently bought a Beko washing machine from Curry's and the whole process was honestly so smooth from start to finish.
I went into store to find a washing machine that I had been looking at on the website. The customer advisors in the store were so helpful. The price was brilliant, especially compared to similar models I’d been looking at. It felt like great value for money.
Delivery was just as impressive. The team arrived on time, fitted the washing machine perfectly, and took my old one away. They were friendly, helpful, and really professional, making the whole experience stress‑free. It’s rare to get service that feels this effortless, but they absolutely delivered.
Overall, I’m really happy with both the product and the service. Thanks Curry's!

I bought a LG washing Machine
I bought a LG washing Machine, aling with it I got extra warranty. My washing machine gave me trouble. I contacted Currys they forwarded me to LG since my Machine is on warranty with them too, its troubling again they forwarded me to LG again. Its been 2 weeks now i cant wash or dry my clothes. Curry said if LG is not able to help we will change the machine. They are helpful. Disappointed with Currys Burnley

Ordered and delivered to store quickly and easily. However counter staff off hand and in a hurry when dealing with me. Told to register product but Shark the manufacturer of my vacuum did not recognise Curry's as a store on registration form and I had to ring up to register as unable to do on line
