We went to buy a laptop for my daughter for Uni as hers was broken. TOMMY helped us find exactly what we were looking for at a good price and helped me use my Blue light card to get the best deal. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and listened to exactly what we needed and the price range we were looking for. Thank you.

Arrived on time, fitted dishwasher but had to leave the kick board off as door would not open. Have now had to arrange for this to be remedied at my expense.
Also, did not tighten up plumbing under the sink so had water leak on first use. I've now sorted.
Not a great experience overall.

Staff were polite and very helpful.
but when i said i had looked at a specific model laptop, and wondered what competitive alternatives were available and the costs no alternatives were discussed.

I brought a washing machine from Currys Bristol (Longwell Green store) two weeks ago to find it was faulty and flooded my kitchen. I Took it back to the store today for an exchange, there was three members of staff available, I had to wait 1.5 hours before I was served.

Once i was finally served the assistant was really helpful (Tommy) and gave me an exchange washing machine. Unfortunately he had no one to help him remove my old one from the vehicle and lift the new one in my vehicle for me to take it away. As he had no support to lift the washing machine I helped life, and remove the old one from the car, in doing so my had was severely cut causing lots of blood. The assistant manage to get me some tissue and plasters, I was unable to drive me car home. Thankfully my wife was with me who was able to drive me home.

A really bad experience.!

What can I say ? Genuinely one of the most disgraceful organisations I have ever had the misfortune to encounter. My washing machine broke and I needed a replacement asap. Normally I would use John Lewis but in desperation for quick collection I used curry’s. Collected from Longwell Green Bristol. Unfortunately the washer was faulty and touch screen didn’t work. After 8 hrs on the phone to India, 3 videos and 2 transcripts later ….I was told I could bring it back in store !!! They would NOT collect ! (Like a fool ) I bought another model more expensive for next day delivery but they still couldn’t collect the faulty one at the same time …..apparently ! My husband took the faulty one back instore to Longwell Green on the 06/09/26. Still no refund (or confirmation of one being processed). I chased with the returns team : Jason / David who promised me it would be resolved ! But still nothing .. now having to ask my credit card lender to reverse charge in desperation.
I hand on heart genuinely advise to completely avoid this retailer. The after sales care is zero. It’s corporate chaos that has made me sick with stress and cost me time.
The only thing that works is your initial payment after that it’s “shutters down”

These guys suck, didn't arrive on delivery day and then their tracking app is so old it cant run on my google pixel phone because it is too new lol.

Staff at store had a good knowledge of product and very helpful, delivery service excellent

Staff at Curry’s were helpful and the staff installing the product were equally helpful. Overall, a pleasing process

We bought an Induction hob from the Longwell Green store. Excellent help for all staff and the installation was first class. They removed our old gas hob and fitted the new electric one. Very professional and efficient service.
Installer Mike was very good at his job.

The sales girl was efficient and arranged for someone to carry the box to my car.

Bought an iPad 11 on Sunday & great assistance from a young man 😊
Didn’t get on well setting it up so I returned next day and a very nice helpful young lady set it up and sync with my iPhone!

The person in the showroom sold me all the wrong stove and fridge and dishwasher would not recambed your showroom staff to anyone I spent 2hourr

Excellent in-store customer service and the delivery drivers were very helpful, considerate and just overall, really nice people.

We paid for next day delivery and connexion for our washer/dryer the people who turned up were agency and didn't know how to connect the machine he placed the drainage pipe in the wrong pipe outlet that didn't even drain anywhere then left saying it will drain in a few minutes then left without even pushing the new machine in place .Ten minutes after he left the drain alarm flashed due to his incompatince. I then had to go back to the store to get some one to come the next day to correct the installation as I paid extra for a next day service I feel badly let down byyour service luckily the people who turned up the next day knew what they were doing and said sorry .I feel that you should refund the delivery cost a the service was not acceptable

It was informative and I was given time to consider my options
