I buy all my electrical appliances from you because the service is always bang on. The people who you have working in your Bridgend store are super helpful, polite and crystal clear in explaining what the item is and what it can do. I recently returned a faulty set of headphones. I exchanged them for another set. There was no fuss. I was in and out of your store within 15 minutes. I have no reason whatsoever to go anywhere else for my goods..

Very poor customer service at the…
Very poor customer service at the Bridgend store. We had to approach the staff initially nobody asked us if they could help. We knew what laptop we wanted but the shop assistant failed to tell us that we needed to purchase a power lead separately. We then had to return to the store the next day to purchase one! The same assistant was at the counter when we purchased what we needed, however showed no remorse for his mistake. The other shop assistant present just mumbled “he must have been distracted”. Poor performance!

Forget Currys Bridgend for Customer Service and installation services
I would normally choose John Lewis to supply and deliver big ticket items but, on this occasion, I tried Currys Bridgend because of the discount available. The sale experience was poor - no product knowledge and a ‘couldn’t care less’ attitude. The delivery and set up of an expensive TV was woeful. No demo which I paid for, and the Currys contractors are just not interested if you’re satisfied or not. It was a complete mess. My advice is don’t choose Currys if you can afford it. Complete amateurs.
