Excellent service. Installed washing machine quickly and efficiently. Recycled the old washing machine with no issues. Highly recommended.

Asked for Plumbed in fridge freezer, was shown a LG modelwhich matched my requirements. Delivery today and found that the model was not a plumbed in model but a non plumbed model. Misleading person.

Curry is a reliable company, I have bought almost all my home products from them. The staff are good too, they are helpful and give good advice.

Good customer service and good explanation of product

purchased a £599 ASUS Vivobook 16 OLED from Currys, but when the charging port developed a fault, their customer service was absolutely shocking. Instead of honoring their legal obligations as a retailer, Currys completely washed their hands of the situation.

They tried to tell me that the damage "likely wasn't covered" by warranty and insisted that my warranty was directly with ASUS, not with them. They even tried to charge me for the repair. However, when I spoke to ASUS directly, they confirmed their technician's notes only stated the port was damaged, with absolutely no proof or statement that it was caused by customer misuse.

Under the Consumer Rights Act, my contract is with Currys, and it is their responsibility to resolve faults—especially when there is zero evidence of customer damage. Instead, they deflected, made assumptions, and refused to help.

I ultimately had to raise a chargeback dispute through American Express just to get my money refunded. I strongly advise avoiding Currys for laptops or expensive electronics. If something goes wrong, they will try to pass the buck to the manufacturer and leave you to deal with the fallout.

The staff was really great but the one who helped us and did the deal is the best one by far he went beyond anything and really helped us out so thank you for your service and I really hope this helps you achieve great promotions in the future

I had to return my son’s iPhone 15 because it was faulty. The currys staff couldn’t do enough for us and tried to get it sorted because it was my son’s birthday and his actual present. After inspecting the device they agreed it was faulty and replaced it with another one. The poor staff were left waiting to leave as I thought the store closed at 9pm not 8pm and I arrived 30 mins before closing, yet they were all still very helpful and although I apologised profusely we were never made to feel rushed.
I always use this store. Staff are always helpful and I buy regularly from there because of this. 👍🏻👍🏻

Never enough staff to support you, staff still quote non industry standard specs as if they genuinely mean something, they still encourage you to buy overpriced cables to "compliment" your purchase, and encourage you to take out insurance on an item that you paid allot of money for, knowing you have statutory rights on things that should last a reasonable amount of time. The problem is there no real competition in the market to make them try harder.

Me and my husband went into the Bradford store in Forster square yesterday. We purchased quite a few items and needed help with choosing some items. Safa helped us a lot and was very informative and patient whilst we were deciding. Another member of staff Asif also helped us greatly by putting everything through on a buy now pay later plan. They both stayed nearly an hour over closing time to put everything through. Fantastic experience. Very patient and friendly members of staff.
