We just had Barrie round to replace a broken handrail. Very happy with him and his work, very polite and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble. A+++

I would like to personally thank Jess and Krystal for their ongoing support throughout the whole buying process.
Had it not been for Jess and her speedy response to all issues raised I don't think I would have got through with my sanity intact.
Jess you were amazing and can't thank you enough, and Krystal you've also been a shiny light when things were looking a little uncertain.
Again thank you both so much for everything...Curo are lucky to have such amazing and supportive staff, these two are literally the best.
There are still a few teething issues as it's a new build but the team are on it straight away and the response is immediate.
Can't fault the service.

I have recently sold my shared ownership property with Ruby Webber and I had an amazing experience! Ruby was incredible throughout the whole process, especially when my first buyers fell through. She answered all my emails within a couple of hours at the latest and always had the information I was after. She was friendly and reassuring the whole way through, answering all my questions (even the silly ones - I hadn't sold a house before so didn't quite know the process!) and generally being on hand to help anytime, even chasing information that wasn't her responsibility to find when there was a bit of a delay. Before selling, I have always had a good experience with Curo. The shared ownership scheme is brilliant - a great way to get on the ladder - and the team were always so helpful.

My shower wouldn't work this morning 22nd of May..... I could only phone after 6pm....when I got back from work....
Firstly....after hours ... Sabrina was amazing .. thoroughly professional ......understood my dilemma... Said she would do her best to organise an after hours plumber... Hopefully this evening...
Liam arrived.... He was brilliant!
For such a tall man.... He worked so neatly and delicately in really small spaces!
So professional ... so knowledgeable... Sorted the shower and even was kind enough to help me attach a toilet seat!!!!
You need to duplicate and bottle these two people! 🙂

Today we had Fred Parham and Danny Young attend our house to replace our very old cracked leaking toilet. The toilet is in a very small room which would have made it very awkward for them to work but they done a fantastic job. We are very happy. Thank you Fred and Danny.

The chap called Dan called at my flat to do a gas check he was absolutely fantastic very professional polite great at his job explained every stage this is the second time he has done a gas check at my flat not a problem last year and not a problem yesterday text me when he was on his way arrived on time very respectful of my home great sense of humor easy to chat to and just a great chap. Welcome back in my home anytime

Danny Nieves was very quick; got the job done and was a very personable man.

I had my annual gas safety inspection on 15/5/26 I just want to say that I had the best gas safety operative. Dan Massey should be highly commended for his professional and efficient visit to my house .
He not only explained how to set up my recently installed boiler to me , he also gave guidance on how to use my heating and hot water to save money . Very happy with curo overall . All their operatives are a high standard .

Dan at Curo was extremely helpful, knew exactly what caused my boiler fault. He fixed it quickly and efficiently.
Dan had a look why the themostat was not working too. he was able to get it working so we wer able to control whether we have hot water with heating of just the hot water. That is really going the extra mile so big thanks to him.

I have just had some Curo repairs carried out by Barrie from Curo.
Barrie was professional , efficient and friendly. He also checked afterwards that I was happy with the work that had been done . Which I definitely was.
He is a credit to Curo. And I was very grateful for the work carried out by him.

Barrie, came to my property today was friendly and helpful and managed to solve my problem. Leaving my property clean and tidy.

Danny Nieves has done some carpentry jobs around the place inside and put a new outside gate which he constructed himself I'm very pleased with the work excellent service nice helpful cheerful man very pleased with everything

The most awful organisation you'll come across. Be warned this organisation are proven scammers and that's the least of the neverending issues you'll suffer with. Awful just awful. On shared ownership properties, they charge the tenants for their mistakes, so basically you report that the building lock is broken, if many neighbours complaint sometimes it 'only' takes them 4 or 5 months to send someone, who does an awful job, and couple of days later still not working, contact them again the same thing again.and again and what they do is it doesn't matter the amount of times they send someone (from their own corrupted organisation) to hamdlr the repair, the repair is never done correctly so they simply can justify charging the shared ownership tenants for every single time someone attends to carry out the same repair. They ignored all antisocial behaviour, their standard policy is never to file a complaint as a complaint, unless the tenant asks for a reference number. You can call them a thousand times complaining about the same issue but unless you say I require a reference number, they won't file the complaint at all. The scams and neverending issues makes living at Curo's properties a nightmare. Choose anyone, literally anyone but this awful awful organisation

I'd like to say a massive thank you to Sheena Archer Community Development Coordinator for really helping me out. Wow what an asset this lady is to Curo.
After all the recent changes to the Livewell team and the SHO's Sheena has restored my faith in Curo. She has told me about some of the amazing projects she is handling and the community are definitely going to have some great events to look forward to.
A workshop for my IT stuff would be great🤷‍♀️ i'm 50% proficient but need to be 100%
