Last night, due to the heat, the light switch in my son's room fell apart. I spoke to Kyle at Curo, who was very attentive and arranged for an electrician to attend within a few hours to fix it. I really appreciate the prompt response and excellent service. Thank you, Kyle!

Phill the Gas Safe engineer attended my home this morning to complete an annual inspection.
Phill was courteous throughout, explained all that he was doing and showed diligence in his approach to his work with regards safety and efficiency.
Extremely pleased with Phill and indeed the Curo team as a whole.

My name is Margaret Moseley, I live alone in a flat. Once a week my support worker Jo B, takes me shopping. It is my opinion that she has the patience of Job. My mobility is very poor and my eyesight is not great. Were Jo not to do this, I wouldn't be able to go out as there isn't anyone else who would push my wheelchair. She books my taxis for me, so I can go to a craft club. As far as I'm concerned makes my life possible. I just wish you could know the difference this makes to my life.

I had a home swap where someone ran my applications. She was named RHIANNAN , and she was absolutely amazing! She put in a lot of effort for me and really cared about every single paper. Their face service was also absolutely amazing.

I’d like to Thank Sheena Archer for her help in finding support for my neighbour following his recent safeguarding incident, and her valuable time helping me with my iPhone. More importantly she has helped my neighbour who has dementia to get the support he needs. She has been outstanding in her support and knowledge in helping us.
I have often nominated her for awards and if there are further awards I want her to be nominated.

Clive Hawkins/John Smith, Job No: 1623554, from CURO Housing Association came and carried out repairs at my flat. They were friendly and helpful and completed all the jobs. They went further and helped me fix a bracket for my bike which they didn’t need to. Very pleasant team and I felt relaxed around them. Angel Owens BA24EN

Barrie was absolutely brilliant today. He identified the source of a problem leak that had been eluding me for months and sorted it out. He also went above and beyond the call of duty by solving another problem which has been particularly bothersome to my neighbours. Thank you so much for your considerateness and expertise.

My experience with Hannah and Teresa was outstanding from start to finish. While there were some delays on the lender's side, Hannah and Teresa were exceptional throughout the entire process.

Having worked in real estate for many years and been involved in countless transactions, I can honestly say they are among the most professional and dedicated Sales Negotiators I have dealt with. They genuinely cared about the purchase and treated me as more than just another client.

Neil Rogers (Resident Engagement) is an asset to Curo. He has done so much more than anyone else to help us. He is very professional, understanding and seems to care about the tenants.

Utter rubbish! They are absolute charlatans! They took almost a year to fix a leak in my bathroom ceiling/roof and almost a year later, it took almost 4 months to fix a leak in my bedroom ceiling/roof (still ongoing 2/6/26). They have no regard for the law or their own policies and rely on your ignorance of both to evade consequences. Their 'Core Values' on their very own website are laughable and not to be believed.

You are driven to the edge of insanity by their ineptitude and then judged and discriminated against for it when you complain. Their whole complaints procedure is self-protective and defensive. They have no interest in the hell you've been through at their hands. The compensation package is absolutely pathetic and insulting.

Just had Barrie in for a job in Bath and he was fantastic! Polite, fast and effective and most importantly very mindful of the house. Genuinely a pleasure to have had him over.
