Claude came to fix and had to replace the taps.

He was really friendly and easy to get on with. He also cleared up after himself.

Pete and Dan were brilliant today, great communication and professionalism though out our new kitchen floor being laid. Removed cooker promptly at 8AM and reinstalled cooker later in the day. Top lads 5 star rating

Michelle Sage who dealt with my mutual exchange was brilliant. Made things happen as quicky she possibly could with excellent communication with myself, the other tenants and housing associations. Her efficiency, care, good humour and professionalism really helped me with the process. Greatful for her time and efforts she put in.

Sarah Bayliss from lettings has been very helpful and kind during the course of being offered my flat to the very end. She let me know what was happening every step of the way, and made sure everything was done as quickly but efficiently as possible. Really glad I had Sarah help me with every step of the way.

The Gas Engineer Phil came out to fix my boiler.
He phoned me before and was very prompt.
He was polite did a great job whilst fixing and doing all the checks...

Had Pete wheeler & Koran Campbell come do my lounge ceiling today they was absolutely fantastic polite respectful kind caring cleaned up everything went above & beyond thank you both very much :)

Nick and rob came and done some work at my property they done a amazing job very friendly helpful really nice guys nothing was to much trouble for them

Kia Stevens came today to wire up my new boiler, he was friendly and efficient. Now my boiler works and it’s absolutely marvellous. Thank you Kia

I’m currently receiving support from Tasha whose part of the Independent Living Service,
She’s making a big difference to my wellbeing, easy to talk to, kind and knowledgeable at locating the right services, she helped me with decluttering, she helps me feel motivated, has a great understanding of what it’s like to live with a traumatised mind, non judgmental so it’s comfortable to talk about difficult things. I’m really benefiting from having her support and I’d recommend this service to anyone struggling with their mental health. 5 star support would highly recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I was contacted by Melanie via video link to review my tenancy and conduct a flat tour, I would like to say that although I had problems with my phone's camera she was very understanding and patient with me through out the call. Melanie was also very clear when she explained what was going to happen next. I made a note of the new development and she also managed to resolve my issue regarding access to the communal room/launderette. I had no idea that I could use my front door key.

Kate peaece has been so helpful to me, she help me with going to doctors and medication, my council tax, water payments, food banks and my mental health. She is always happy and I feel safe when she is around I know she helps me. I will miss kate very much, thank you to her.

Excellent Support and Service

We would like to say a huge thank you to Neil Rogers for his incredible support and help with our community project.

Neil played a very important role in helping us secure a grant to create a community garden, which will be a wonderful benefit for everyone in our local community. He also supported us throughout the process of restoring our community fence, which was in very poor and damaged condition.

We really appreciate Neil’s professionalism, excellent communication, and commitment to helping us bring these projects to life. His service was outstanding from start to finish, and he was always helpful, approachable, and easy to communicate with.

Barrie visited my flat to carry out a repair and was punctual, helpful, considerate and efficient. He did a great job.
The cause of the repair needed a referral to an outside company and he was happy to do this.

Mel has helped me a lot with enquiries and my tenancy if I had any problems I can always go to her for advise and she always try her best to help me where she can and find the info I need she’s very approachable

I cannot thank Curo enough for all the support I received throughout my journey to finding and moving into my new home.

I am really impressed with Curo’s customer service and the condition of the property they have recently handed over to me. It has been painted white through out and has a brand new kitchen, bathroom and boiler.

I spoke to Joe who is a letting agent. He was so friendly, efficient & helpful and he worked very quickly to get the tenancy signed asap. I am so grateful after being homeless for a long time.

Also, Kim is helping me to get back on my feet and apply for grants to get white goods, etc. I’m so appreciative of the help and can’t thank you all enough
