Delivery within 2 working days, a wide range of products that are cheaper than anywhere else, a points reward system to convert into money off orders, aqueous lined hot cups that are fully recyclable are available (either double skin embossed or single skin with protective paper sleeve available), hot cup lids that fit/work as they should. Won't use anyone else for these products.

We have used Cups Direct for a few years now and cannot fault them at all. Always fab products, quick delivery and if there is ever any problem they are straight on it. We have never known customer service like it, the whole team are amazing.

Just the best customer service
Just the best customer service, we have used a lot of suppliers and these guys are organised, swift and actually value service comitments - what really shines through is when you are in a problem, they react fast and get it fixed.
I now pay a little more to purchase through these guys because of the service levels and integrity of thier supply chain.
