Very dodgy so stay clear, houses sold before even put on the market, also rude and aggressive over the phone

Sue was great with our house rental . She took the stress out of our move and helped us along the way . It is good to be renting from Cumbrian Properties again .

Our business was both Buying & Selling. The market at this time was depressed. C.P. advertise widely a plus point. Julie was the main agent and handled the business quickly and effectively with all agents equally well briefed. The pictures in the sale brochure were not helpful and there was no floor plan offered. Rang to ask some questions about a property we had been to view and spoke to Maria. She was knowledgable, polite and helpful and was able to explain a number of things that I had been unsure about regarding my current property and the process of moving to rent somewhere else.

Excellent company to deal with, they take care of everything and are very helpful. I can't thank Adrian and the team enough.

Absolutely shocking service and completely un-professional, arrogant and aggressive attitude. I offered the asking price for a property. I was the first viewer, and a cash buyer without a house to sell. No requirement for a survey and could complete without seaches if required at break neck speed. I even put in a slightly higher offer in to secure the sale. You may ask why I didn't get the property?? That's because the estate agent did not qualify our status properly after being told I was very proceedable and could complete quickly. They also wanted to get into either a contract race and go down the greedy route of getting higher offers to get more commission. Shame on you!

Sue Moses made the process of renting Innisfree as stress free as possible. I was having difficulty with the Canopy vetting process, she took over the vetting and all was resolved in minutes. I had been on the Canopy site for some time and got little help from them even when I asked. Sue could not have been more helpful

Sarah was so professional and helpful when looking to purchase a buy to let property, I would recommend Cumbria properties outstanding service
