Still haven’t received my order of 4 large canvases. WHAT’s THE HOLD UP. They are computer generated! I’m getting really ticked off. 2 we’re x-mas gifts. They should say they take over a month to receive. The other problem is there is no phone number to call if they have an issue with them. Ugh

Do not order from this Chinese crap site. Takes forever!!!! to get your order mine was placed 12/10 today 01/03/25 still says it is in LAX airport. It will take around a month if not more to get it to you. Stay away from this site!!!!!

Been over 5 weeks. Worst customer service ever! I really don’t believe I’ll receive this wall art. Numerous emails, now ignored. I notice all of their advertising is still quoting delivery in 7 days! How are they still able to legally do this?

Like everyone else said in their review is that they ship from China so you're not going to get your order for 2 months at the earliest. Stay away!

Rate this 0 starts if I could. Placed an order over a month ago and still no package. Customer service is horrible. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

In the frame, correct dates and names.

I really liked the product, although the timing took longer than anticipated and I had to re purchase a gift for my wife because it arrived 2 days after Christmas at 3:30 am on a rainy night, it did arrive @ 4 weeks after I purchased it. It is beautiful and what I hoped for, but I often wondered if I was really going to get the picture or not. Lol.

Ordered on their website on 12/8, expecting it to be received in 10 days at the most. They say 3-4 days for creating the product and 7 to 10 days for shipping.
Today is the 12/26/24, still have not received this product. Missed surprise for my better half on a special day.
Did not know that they ship from China.
They don't care about timely deliver, will not buy from them again.
Bad customer support.
Lesson learned, do not just randomly buy from any site.

This company on face book doesn't tell u they ship from China I am waiting told me it would be here for Christmas already very late as per their own information on delivery time tracking says it sitting in China for three weeks now.

Ordered for a Christmas present but not received took me a long time to get to Tracker to see it says delivered which it hadn’t paid on card so hopefully I’ll get it back don’t bother.

Terrible company and product. I placed an order totaling five grandsons a month ago, and the company messed up by leaving out the youngest grandson’s name. They asked me to place a new order and provided a discount code. This is unacceptable.

Worst ever. Should be banned from Facebook/Instagram. Order not yet received. Customer service is a ghost.

I'm very disappointed with this experience. I ordered thanksgiving day and it's a Christmas gift . Christmas is in 5 days now. This company is out of China China CHINA......makes it look like a local company. Do not order from them their support team sucks monkey balls. No help at all. Very disappointed with the experience. This company is a scam. I bought my canvas before Thanksgiving and I haven’t received my package. The tracking is fake.

Every time I keep trying to Put my debit card information in it always says my payment is declined when I have the money to pay for it. Please accept my order and let me pay!

Did not receive order said It was delivered but was not received no help from email so went to bank to claim money back

Received the product after a lengthy delay, but the wait was worth it as the end result was absolutely beautiful.

They gave me the wrong date and refused to fix the error. Very disappointed in their unwillingness to correct the mistake.

Customer service is terrible. Product is subpar.

Received my order 2 1/2 weeks after ordering… it came rolled up not on an actual canvas…
