After a very stressful couple of days…
After a very stressful couple of days re my booking with Cunard Queen Victoria Janine from Cruise Nation resolved all the problems efficiently and was a great help to me as a disabled traveller. Ive found Cruise Nation to be a fantastic company to do travel with and will continue to use them for any future travels. Fantastic customer service throughout the whole process. Thanks Janine now I can look forward to enjoying my upcoming Cruise.

I nearly always book my cruises with Cruise Nation and recommend to friends. Always the best prices and the packages put together are very well thought out. Last few years we’ve done Alaska, Ffjords, Japan and New England and all have been fantastic holidays packaged well by Cruise Nation. On our most recent trip to New England, Jemma responded so quickly to a last minute request to amend our booking to a different hotel. Can’t fault the service. Thank you

Trying to contact them now line going dead. Typical but like someone said Plenty more cruise line booking agents like Vivavoyage had great service before. Terrible customer service
Recently wrote a review on cruisenation customer service. I had a valid complaint that I left a review about on here. A certain Natasha Crossley fobbed me off as most do. I requested to speak to her manager. She gave me an email address for some person called Phil. Phil feels he is too important to respond. I was totally ignored. Plenty other cruise sites happy to book with.

Great Service
Jemma was really helpful when rearranging our flights from Newcastle instead of Heathrow for our cruise. She was very informative and even found a direct flight from Newcastle to Barcelona instead of going via Heathrow.
