Always a pleasure speaking to Chantelle! Friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. She checked in on how things are going, told me about some in-person CPD offerings that I wasn't aware of, explained everything clearly, answered my questions with confidence, and reflecting back on our renewal last year, she made the whole process feel straightforward. It was a really pleasant conversation and I felt well looked after throughout.
