Have been using them many many years now and they have always been 10/10.

I had also written a small review about them on my blog about how quickly they respond to a ticket and resolve the issue.

The only things that could be improved are:

- Switching their billing from USD to CAD, given the current (as of this review) exchange conversion rate.
- Ability to whitelist outbound emails that end up quarantined in error by their SPAM filters in a self-service manner.
- Ability to whitelist IP addresses that end up blocked by their firewalls in a self-service manner.
