I have bought multiple servers off…

I have bought multiple servers off them, alot of times happend that their servers doesnt work for 2 weeks straight, its really anoying, they say 99.99% up time but when you buy you will learn that its a lie, the servers are so bad, im tired of this already.

We're sorry to hear about your experience. Server uptime is something we take very seriously, and two weeks of downtime is certainly not the standard our clients experience.

We'd like to look into your account to understand what happened. In many cases, extended issues can be tied to specific configurations or network conditions that our support team can help resolve. However, we don't have any record of a support ticket from your account regarding prolonged downtime.

I host very important projects on servers hosted by vshield and never been disappointed. I have been a customer since a few years, and can also confirm support has been super helpful multiple times.

Bad Servers

Hey, ive been using vshields for like 2 months now, since that time , they had to give me new servers after eevery month, every single time someting happend ==we have problem with this server== like bruh , ive lost over 10k usd in my things there they cannot recover nothing etc, its so bad. please people if u want good rdp, vshields isnt the way.

Reliable service with responsive technical support

I had a very positive experience with vShield Services. The service quality is stable, the infrastructure works as promised, and most importantly, the support team responds quickly, clearly, and gets straight to the point.

Throughout my usage, whenever I had questions or needed technical assistance, vShield handled everything seriously and responsibly, never giving vague or superficial answers. What I appreciate most is their transparent way of working and their respect for customers, especially for projects that require long-term stability.

Overall, vShield is a reliable provider and a good fit for systems or services that require strong stability and solid technical support. I am happy to continue using their services and would confidently recommend them to others.
