Cricket-Hockey.com Omdömen

Cricket Hockey were fantastic! I used the WhatsApp service to state exactly what I wanted, and the team sourced me a bat to my exact requirements. I am really pleased with the bat and service. I would certainly recommend.

I ordered adult left-handed batting gloves for my son's birthday, but had boy's right-handed gloves delivered. Mistakes happen, but it is how they are dealt with that measures service. The communication via WhatsApp from Cricket-Hockey was superb and the correct gloves have been delivered in time for his birthday and next league match.

Ordered Friday and received goods on Saturday, incredible service, great products and a very happy young lady.
Thank you. Order with confidence.

Great service, as always

No issues, always reliable service

Wicket keeper gloves sent so promptly used them this weekend, they're soft leather and very well made gunn and moore gloves. Prompt service appreciated

My kids needed to upgrade their hockey equipment for the upcoming season and we went to visit this store at Salisbury. The staff was amazing at fitting and getting new items needed. It was a bonus that the size we needed were on also on sale. The staff were very friendly and kitted them very efficiently. The store also had a variety of sizes to choose from.

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff that are always happy to help whenever possible. We visited to buy new pads and a bag for my daughter and we were blown away with the selection we could choose from which allowed my daughter to get the perfect fit! The perfect shop for any cricket equipment.

Brilliant service from Cricket Hockey! I ordered Y1 shin pads, an Adidas Zebra glove, a Y1 hockey stick and shin liners, and I couldn’t be happier.

The prices were brilliant, everything was really well packaged and, as always, the next-day delivery was fantastic.

We’ve ordered from Cricket Hockey many times for our hockey equipment. We have a goalkeeper who we’ve bought his entire kit from them for, and this was our first time ordering for our daughter, who is an outfielder. The service and quality have been just as good.

A great company with excellent prices, fast delivery and fantastic customer service. We’ll definitely continue to order all our hockey equipment from them

Website is very well!!, so many equipments and product ranges there.
Most favorite is I can se the price breakdown for each item.
But one concern is that, some of the equipment have shown in the website is NO LONGER anymore, although I could select an option and put it in the cart, need to spent more time to talk with the support team(you all are so kind and response quickly, love that!!) for the changing and refund back to the card but overall is fine for me to visit and but the new equipment for the next order! Hope to see the improvement from you! :)

Have a good day mate!!

I have bought pretty much a full hockey goalie kit using cricket Hockey and the customer service is amazing. Returning items was also no problem and received the refund swiftly. I will be ordering from these again

Very Friendly , Very Helpful, Knowledgeable, quick and easy

We made a special trip to C&H shop for new hockey back pack bag for my daughter moving off to Uni. It was totally worth the effort of a nearly two hour round trip. Both staff members were helpful but Leanne's hockey expertise and knowledge of the many bags they sell was particularly great. Typically we bought the first one we saw in the end, but Leanne and the young male assistant who helped were very patient and ensured we had met our purchase criteria.

Thank you so much for your help. Certainly a vast range of products and definitely worth the trek to get there in person.

Easy to use website, item was dispatched and received much earlier than expected. Ordered Friday evening and received Sunday morning. Quality product. Added bonus I've now got some loyalty cash off my next order. Will definitely use them again. Thank you

Super helpful staff. Patient. Balanced opinion. Fantastic. Thank you.
