Prompt service

Excellent service as always.

Superb service from Neil and Mark in 2 recent visits.

Today was an exchange of an online purchase and a few extra bits.

A fortnight ago we visited to kit my son out for Australia. Neil must have spent near on an hour with us, back and forth to the warehouse, collecting different sizes and models of kit.

Thank you for your attention to detail and excellent advice. I cannot recommend you all highly enough.

Best regards

Andy.

Found a great bat for my 12 year-old, grade 2 English Willow with good balanced weight, he is very happy!! Thank you Cricket hockey!

Fast efficient service. Thank you

We made a three hour round trip to C&H today to try out there amazing range of hockey sticks. Nothing was too much trouble and the service was outstanding. Being allowed to try so many sticks with such professional and knowledgeable advice was well worth the effort. Thank You
Neil from Somerset

Fantastic customer service. Very knowledgeable, assisted me greatly with getting a new hockey stick. Great choices within shop. All round great experience - thanks!

An absolutely excellent service. We knew our request would take a while with trying out sizes etc but the owner gave us his undivided attention to sort us out with exceptional hockey goal keeping kit. Loyalty discount helps too. Highly recommend and we will be returning again.

I always love a visit to cricket-hockey at the start of the season with my daughter. We were assisted by the fantastic Leanne who guided us through hockey stick selection as she progresses to full pitch U14 action. Grateful as ever for the experience and guidance provided - in addition to the great range of stock, competitive pricing and loyalty points/discount scheme. Thoroughly recommended

I always order my kids’ cricket and hockey equipment from here. It arrives quickly and they’re always helpful with any questions.

Excellent knowledgeable staff with a great variety of stock. Nothing is to much trouble.

I have been using Cricket-Hockey.com for a few years to purchase Hockey equipment, in particular Goalkeeper equipment. They have a great range of GK items and the website is easy to use. I like that they have a rewards system in place, you get regular emails about delivery and it is easy to return items to them too. I highly recommend them.

A great shopping experience. The store was very busy, but we still received excellent advice.

Always super helpful and friendly staff when visiting the store. We have bought many items for cricket and hockey over the years and the staff are always good at suggesting what would be best for my daughter and great at keeping within our budget. Definitely recommend

Cricket Hockey were fantastic! I used the WhatsApp service to state exactly what I wanted, and the team sourced me a bat to my exact requirements. I am really pleased with the bat and service. I would certainly recommend.

I ordered adult left-handed batting gloves for my son's birthday, but had boy's right-handed gloves delivered. Mistakes happen, but it is how they are dealt with that measures service. The communication via WhatsApp from Cricket-Hockey was superb and the correct gloves have been delivered in time for his birthday and next league match.
