Signing up to CreditLadder is simple and only takes a few minutes. Register your details and once completed, connect your bank account to provide CreditLadder with read only access. You keep paying your rent as you do today - CreditLadder does not collect your rent.
Each month CreditLadder will match the rent payments you have made to your landlord or letting agent through the secure bank connection you’ve created. This information is then shared with Experian, Equifax, TransUnion and Crediva and will appear on the respective statutory reports.
CreditLadder has been reporting rent payments since 2016, is regulated by the FCA, and has reported over £1bn in rent payments.
CreditLadder has also been recognised for its work by the Government, when HM Treasury announced it was the biggest winner of their Rent Recognition Challenge competition.

Can't demonstrably say how this helped, but my credit score improved a couple of months after joining and remained 'good' and upwards. Easy to use and may as well as it's free
