I had to place order twice and pay for…
I had to place order twice and pay for each one because the first order I placed for 20 feet came in two pieces of 14 feet and 6 feet. Although your website specifies that the ropes can be in one piece for up to 60 or 64 feet. So I had to place another order and pay for it again.

My order has been 'processing' for 24 days and still has not even shipped. However, my payment didn't seem to have an issue going through! Ridiculous. I will not be using this website in the future if this is the normal pace of business.

Poor/ no communication
I purchased some items from creative cables. I needed some support as I dont believe I received all of the parts. I have submitted a request three times and also tried calling a #. Never got a response.
*update* Their response to my review seems accurate as I was emailing about strain reliefs. I just went back and checked my trash and Spam box but there is nothing.

My product arrived damaged. Tried to go on website but it was being serviced. I called and left a message and never got a callback. So I still have the broken product. I have since ordered the same thing from another site. Would not recommend this site.
