I had a problem finding a cable to synch my Astell & Kern AK120 DAP & reached out to A&K to supply 1; they referred me to a dealer that didn’t have it, but referred me to Creative Cables, who did. I ordered the cable 3 weeks ago & have not received it yet; I emailed the company about 7 times, left messages on their customer service website about 8 times, communicated to their AI bot about 5 times, & have not yet heard anything from the company. I looked on the BBB website & found reviews about them & decided to finally report them for not following up on my questions about the order. There are two addresses In Tennessee & I have tried unsuccessfully to communicate with both. My name is Bob Krauss, but my TD bank has me as Robert; my cell is 516-965-6079 & I’m in Long Beach, NY, & have never had a problem that wasn’t addressed by a company & don’t understand how they can be so rude! I found good looking electrical parts that will look good on rewiring Gio Ponti lamps at a reasonable price. I did not realize though that this site is in Italy and wondered if the parts I bought will be compatible with US lamp wiring but turned out OK.

Above all, the products are designed well and are very useful. I bought two 4” canopy kits with stems to install two PH5 lamps. They are easy to use, look fantastic, and are inexpensive.
