Poor service
Supposedly came to the property, didn't bother to park or call and then left sending a text “cant find parking will come another time” if you didn’t want to do the job should have not bothered rather than wasting everyones time.

Dear Sarah,
The massive threat of van and tool theft means appropriate parking near the property is a very genuine concern of all tradespeople.
I told you I was on my way and was intending to complete this free survey appointment as planned. When I found I couldn't park I pulled up on the main road and messaged you. My exact message to you was "Hi Sarah I'm sorry I can't find anywhere to park will have to come back another time" - it included an apology.
I do not answer the phone or messages while driving so was unable to respond immediately when you were trying to get in touch after this.
I told you that I planned to visit again and I was willing to make the extra effort to come back. I was in no way rejecting your business and could have returned later today.
Trustworthy, polite, respectful and excellent work.
Ewan is excellent at his work and I can't fault his craftmanship at all. I got 3 quotes from different locksmiths and what made me choose Craftlock was they were the lowest quote (no vat so 20% cheaper for a start, and a small company so no large overheads like call centres etc.), but also because he was so polite and friendly. Ewan was quick to reply to my email enquiries, he was polite, knowledgeable and reassuring in his responses.
When he arrived to do the job, he was polite, clean in his work, and thorough! He not only fixed my lock but also repaired the door setting so it won't happen again.
I can 100% recommend Ewan from Craftlock Ltd, trustworthy and excellent at his trade.

Professional, satisfied with cost.
Ewan contacted me swiftly following a question I posed on check-a-trade. I uploaded some photos and Ewan confirmed that he would be able to fit a deadlock for me and provided a quote which I thought very reasonable and was about £ what I was hoping for but so often isn't!
Ewan popped round to have a quick look at the job whilst he was in the area, to make sure it was doable. We arranged a date and time and Ewan arrived on time after a courtesy text to say he was on his way. Ewan fitted the lock and made a very tidy job, with which I am extremely pleased. Ewan is very professional in terms of his knowledge and manner which I appreciated. All prior communication was excellent and timely. I am very pleased with the completed works and would recommend Ewan highly to others.

Needed my front door lock changed…
Needed my front door lock changed pretty quickly I reached out to Ewan and he gave me a quote and arrived that day and did the job. He was very professional and polite arrived when he said he would did the job in no time at all. Would 100% recommend.
