Alex responded quickly to my call about not being able to open my front door. He identified the issue, agreed a reasonable price and fixed the problem in a very timely manner. Excellent customer service with regular updates and advice on a couple of other issues.

I called Alex early in the morning and by lunchtime he had visited and diagnosed the problem. A replacement was required which needed ordering. Alex gave regular updates on the expected replacement arrival. This was fitted, checked and maintenance advice given.
Alex is polite, professional and respectful. I would definitely use this company again and can highly recommend.

Alex attended and found the locking mechanism had failed. He replaced this and serviced all of the other moving parts on the muti-point mechanism. He adjusted and realigned both doors and got everything working again. Very proffesional, quick and thorough. Would recommend to others.

Alex is reliable and polite. He immediately offered to remove his shoes upon entering my home and was respectful, whilst getting on with the job at hand. He initially attempted to repair my door handle and when it was not possible he sourced a replacement and refitted the same day, noting that I had someone coming to value my home very shortly.

I appreciated his honest explanations and no nonsense approach. He offered some advice on keeping my doors and locks in working order and at no point did he try to sell me any extra services - the whole experience felt much more trustworthy and professional than other locksmiths I have used in the Northamptonshire area. The cost was competitive, he also has a facility for card payment, with a receipt emailed to you if requested.

Turned up quickly I had 2 jobs one he fixed straight away. The second he had to order some arts and he turned up as promised. Excellent!

Alex was punctual, personable and professional!

He explained what he was doing (front door issues), what had caused the problem, how it was going to fix it and how to care for it afterwards.

I highly recommend Alex for the fantastic service he provided.

What a star Alex is, he came today to repair our conservatory door which would not close and lock correctly. He explained the cause and cost and then completed the job efficiently. A very polite young man who I would recommend without hesitation.

Disappointed by the service and price. Writing this review for balance given we mainly chose the supplier based on previous online reviews.

The contractor struggled to open the lock, eventually succeeding after using quite a bit of force. After this the door mechanism was damaged. I requested he come back the following day to fix it.

The overall net result is a bill of £400 for about 2.5hrs of work including a maximum of £100 parts. The whole experience leaves a sour taste. Next time we will better research options.

Can not recommend highly enough went above and beyond in the service, time & aftercare provided.

We've left the house keys in a car and couldn't access it.
Gave a call and within 25 minutes had a chat in person in front of my doors. Few moments later the door were open the lock was working and i could finally have a rest after a very long night.
Excellent service.
