CPI Moling Ltd Omdömen

on time and no hassle

Very happy witihCPI Moling. They came and figured out where the leak was coming from - not the shower but front drive! Quickly and efficiently sorted out the problem which also included having to take up and reinstall the block paving. Also fixed another leak that had started. They were hardworking and cleaned up well at the end of the day. Would recommend and use again.

Had CPI Moling in to lay a new mains water supply pipeline last week. Honestly cannot praise them enough. Allan came out to quote for the job and was friendly, honesty and not pushy at all. He listened to our concerns and was able to reassure us that the installation would be possible. The workers who came out to fit the pipe were friendly and polite. The job ended up being more difficult that originally thought but CPI Moling send additional resource to ensure that the job was complete within the agreed timeline so that we weren’t inconvenienced with reduced access etc. A week on and Allan has checked in to ensure Southern Water have come and done their connection. Overall they were excellent. Would definitely recommend.

A great service start to finish! It’s been a pleasure working with Harry from CPI Moling and the team and it was great project delivery. The teams hard work was much appreciated and am sure we will use you again in the future.

All good thanks

The speed once booked was amazing. All the workers were friendly and helpfull. We were concerned the the whole path would be damaged, three neatly cut holes were cemented over very neatly. Thank you.

Alan, was very professional and offered advice on our potential issues with water leaking on mains going from water meter elbow, workmen arrived the next day and carried out the work ,job done no more problems

Extremely professional. The team at CPI Moling are responsive, good at communicating, they do an excellent job and leave the site tidy. They stick to schedule, arrive on time and do their best to get the job done exactly how the customer wants it even when that makes the job slightly more difficult for them. I would thoroughly recommend this company.

Allen and the team were amazing. So quick to help me and really tidy workmanship
Would absolutely recommend 👍

Cpi Molding were efficient, professional and friendly. I needed my paved driveway taken up, by the end of the day the drive looked perfect, as if no work had ever been done. Very impressive

They arrived on time, they were very efficient. The employees were very nice. The job was completed with no fuss. We were kept informed about what was going on and they sorted next steps for us.

Efficient, professional and tidy.

Responded very quickly to telephone request and Harry came round to assess work involved and quote a price. We were very grateful to you for fitting us in on a Saturday, in spite of your extremely busy schedule.
Work was carried out very quickly and efficiently, connecting a new water supply to the house. We would certainly recommend your professional and pleasant team.

Work was good, the workmen polite and helpful and the finished job excellent.

Fantastic job putting new water supply from street to house - highly organised, highly professional, very responsive, incredibly tidy, very quick.

From the start the company was efficient and quick. The job that was done was carried out fast and on schedule and the site was left extremely tidy at the end. I could not fault the company or the team on site. First class job!

Very helpful company, worked hard during adverse weather conditions to get the job done.

We had a leak in the pipe between our house and the water meter. The pipe needed to be replaced. I contacted two moling companies. One never got back to me, Harry from CPI Moling did. He quickly put our worries at rest and arranged a time that suited Southern Water to do the work. On the day, Harry was there to introduce us to the men putting in our new pipe. There were problems, like having to drill a hole in the floor at the back of a kitchen unit so as to get the new pipe under a lintel that supported the kitchen wall. But they just got on with it. Absolutely no damage was done to the unit, and the garden was left as they found it. The cost was much less than we feared and I have no hesitation in recommending Harry and his team. Brilliant. Don’t go with anyone else!!

Fantastic to deal with. Understood the time critical nature of the situation and went the extra mile to resolve. Professional, tidy and now trusted. Thank you!

I highly recommend Harry & team at CPI moling. After being let down several times by other companies I was pleased to find CPI to replace our service pipe due to a leak. From my initial enquiry, Harry was really helpful. He visited our property the following day, discussed what needed doing, the process & I had a quote in my inbox the following morning.
His colleagues who fitted the new service pipe worked incredibly hard, without any breaks & considering the work they had to do to fit the new pipe, you wouldn’t even know! Very tidy!
It makes such a difference having a company who has really good communication with their customers. From what was quite a stressful time trying to sort out at the beginning, Harry & the team took that stress away. Thank you!
