My ResMed Experience
I have only been renting a resmed machine for 4 weeks from Air Liquide in Moonah Tasmania for 3 weeks and purchased a new machine and masks etc from them today. So far the machine has helped dramatically with my sleep apnoea and I am looking forward to the future benefits of the product.

Online customer service was pathetic. What's the point of having a customer service email and it takes over a week for someone to get back to you.
One pays for express postage that should take only 2 to 3 working days item didn't arrive for over 7 working days, try to contact you no word.
