Excellent value and great service!
I had been looking for a travel CPAP machine for some time and kept returning to the ResMed Air mini but the price elsewhere was really off-putting for a package. CPAP Online Australia had a great package, at a much cheaper price than other sellers. It included extras i.e. padded travel bag, which was an add-on with other packages I'd seen, and an excellent price overall.
Ordering was easy, delivery was fast, well packaged, tracked, and communication was seamless. The follow up has been good without being intrusive and a second order for filters etc., was also very quick, and well-packed.
Based on my experience I would highly recommend CPAP Online

I ordered on 1/9. But no action. No following up until I was waiting for long time 2 weeks. And the issue identifies and they promtly sent the order. Thank you staff for that action, but another issue. The Post delivery and marked gate locked while I'm in side the house. And look my phone to make sure they come and will open. End up THAT I have to go to Post office to collect. Take 1 month to get my order. How lovely experience - ridiculous. Thank you for your services. Will not order again.

My ResMed Experience
I have only been renting a resmed machine for 4 weeks from Air Liquide in Moonah Tasmania for 3 weeks and purchased a new machine and masks etc from them today. So far the machine has helped dramatically with my sleep apnoea and I am looking forward to the future benefits of the product.
