I did not feel pressured into making the purchase even though I had initially gone into the store to do a little ‘window shopping’ for an upcoming house move. Great selection of furniture available. Bought a loving Parker knoll sofa.
The furniture shop had lots to choose from and we found what we wanted. The staff were very polite and knowledgeable. The team who delivered our furniture was also very pleasant helpful and courteous. Recommend this family company. Thank you.

A big shout out to Jason who takes the time you
I popped in on my first visit and a gent I've forgotten his name . Was ok but did not seem interested and I remember him saying his charging his bike . He showed us two sets off funiture and walked off so he did not seem bothered. We went away. I returned to the store a few days later and spoke to Jason and he was really interested in talking to us and made me feel at ease and spent the time with us . We then went away. And came bk on our 3rd visit and delt with Jason and I made the decision to buy now when I was dealing with Jason and the other bloke took wind I was buying he wanted the sale Jason politely said to the other bloke ok you can have the sale I was stood there thinking this is not right Jason has put the leg work in and the fact he confronted Jason infront of me I thought was unprofessional and put me in a position. I work in sales myself at dudley motor company and I was not put off and told him straight no Jason deserves my sale and he scattered off and could not look at me after. I thought that was bad I was dealing with Jason and he took the time with me discussing my decision. That other person should put more effort in if he wants the sale he cant expect to just take other people's deals . I hope I get a response and give a big thank you Jason.

The furniture coding was incorrect. This made ordering the items long winded. The assistant was extremely helpful and apologetic. We decided to use your restaurant and have lunch. Problem solved and discount added. What more could have been expected. Thank you. Carol Jackson

Emily was really helpful. She tirelessly checked prices and options for us. She left us alone to considered the options but kept herself available to help at any time. Very approachable and thoughtful. Selection was excellent, even though the store is going through refurbishment so some areas are a little untidy.
