I possibly couldn't have imagined better results, the results are so much more than I ever expected. The outcome has given me so much confidence and I'm stunned by Mr Sojitra's work, every member of staff I met at Spire went above and beyond, and I cannot thank you all enough. I would never even think about going to anybody else for cosmetic surgery from now, because I am simply amazed. Prior to my surgery I read reviews and saw someone describe Mr Sojitra as 'an artist with a knife', and I can vouch for that. So for anyone considering their options or anxious about surgery, Mr Sojitra's work is unparalleled, thank you so much!!

After having 3 children I wanted to have a bit of me back. Nilesh gave me the confidence I needed from start to finish. He clearly advised me on all the stages - I was slightly worried about recovery as I still have young children to care for. My results are natural as requested and my recovery has been so easy. Nilesh was my surgeon recently for a tummy tuck I had put off for years!!! I met him and felt totally at ease straight away. The operation was amazing, I am over the moon with the build up, the operation, the aftercare and of course the results, it has been exemplary, I can't recommend him enough!!!

I had an extended abdominoplasty and muscle repair just under 2 years ago now and still cannot believe the incredible results. Nilesh and his team made me feel calm throughout and at no point did I feel nervous about the procedure. I was looked after from beginning to end and couldn’t have asked for a better result. Cannot thank you enough, Nilesh- you really have changed my life.

I have been thoroughly satisfied with the care and work delivered by Nilesh and his team. I was not sure that the abdominoplasty was the right procedure for me or If I could achieve some better results by myself. But after the first consultation I was totally reassured and Nilesh explained very factually that my abdominal muscle needed some repair and that only the surgery could achieve it fully. I am now 6 months after the procedure and everything has done as explained, my stomach is looking really flat and toned already, I lost another 5 pounds after the procedure and my shape is looking really good overall. I am very happy with the result and can't wait for the summer to put on my new swimsuit and even thinking of the bikini to show off. His assistant Carolyn has been super friendly and easy to arrange appointment and logistic too. Moreover, the care at the Highgate Hospital was also excellent with very professional and caring nurses.

After feeling self conscious for many years but particularly since having children, I was recommended by a friend to go and see Nilesh. I’m so pleased I did! I’m 10 days post surgery and I feel on top of the world. Not only has my recovery been smooth but the results so far are incredible. The before and after care has been exceptional! Dr Sojitra was highly recommended by my Breast Cancer surgeon to help make my breasts symmetrical again. He gave me the time to take in what he had said and other colleagues let me know how much he could be trusted. He reassured me he would do the right thing for me and he was the ultimate professional. Big thank you for Dr Sojitra! He is truly amazing plastic surgeon with great expertise and outstanding results. He was the first consultant I went to see and within a month I was booked in for surgery. I had breast augmentation and abdominoplasty. I was confident and reassured in every step of the transformation I was about to go through. Its only been three months post op. but Im already seeing the benefit and the result speaks for itself. Both surgery went really well and despite the lockdown Dr Sojitra was always there to answer every questions and concerns. I can highly recommend him and his team.

The care that I received by Dr Sojitra was first class! I had a small lump on my chin removed and I am delighted with the result - the scar is minimal and as it fades over time it will hardly be noticeable. Dr Sojitra explained everything very clearly both before, during and after the procedure at the follow-up. Highly recommended!

After three minor ops since 2016 not cosmetic ..... you get to know your surgeon. Nilesh is very approachable and understanding with all the time in the world to address your problems. He is obviously very skilful as he works quickly and achieves such excellent results. Great Man .... Great Surgeon.

I have had x2 procedures done by Nilesh he did my breast uplift and implants, after losing x3 stone and having 3 children he literally works magic and has regained all my confidence. Nilesh totally makes you feel at ease and is 100% honest with what he says to you with the outcomes, I also suffered with deep wrinkles (lines) in my forehead which I have always been conscious about, I decided to go for Botox and never had it done before, Nilesh yet again explained to me that I would notice a difference within 3-5 days and gave me all the before and aftercare advice, my skin looks amazing and I can not recommend this amazing consultant enough. Nilesh you have regained so much confidence in me you literally work miracles! I’ll forever come to you!

Amazing surgeon, gave me exactly what I wanted (wouldn’t hesitate to use again in the future as I do think I might get braver and go bigger!) The before and after care was great. Highly recommend to anyone who is thinking of having cosmetic surgery - go for it!

I am very pleased to have the opportunity to write this review based on my experience with Nilesh and the proceedure I have had.
I was sensible in my approach and obtained various opinions/various consultations.
I still however was not satisfied with the previous consultations. Therefore I researched some more and came across excellent reviews for Nilesh Sojitra and supporting facts/feedback on his ability and understanding on the type of proceedure I required.
My initial meeting with Nilesh was comfortable and he listened to what I was looking to achieve. He gave me true expectations of the results and recommendations according to me personally.
The proceedure itself was smooth in the running and I felt completely at ease.
The results are the best bit. I knew what I was looking to achieve and Nilesh has surpassed my expectations. I am extremley happy and would without a doubt recommend Nilesh as a surgeon for BA.
The aftercare has been superb.

Had my tummy tuck, MR and lipo done on the 23rd December, felt very safe due to current conditions... Nilesh was very reassuring it all went very smoothly and I have had regular contact with him since iv been out, im on week5 and iv had no complications its all seemed very easy... I know he's there just a message away if I need him... very very happy with my results would definitely recommend to future people xxxx

Dr Sojitra removed a small lesion from my lip a few weeks ago and I am extremely pleased with the result. He explained the whole process to me very clearly and put me at ease throughout the process. Since the procedure he has contacted to check on how it has healed and how I am.

I'm 6 weeks post surgery and am over the moon with the results.
