Stay away! I bought 2 Kerastase Masquintense hair masques. As soon as I opened the container (unboxed) I realized they had watered down the product. I need to use triple the amount in order to see results. I have been using this product for over 20 years and I know how its consistency is supposed to be. I contacted them and they said they cannot do anything about it. My advice: Pay a little more money and don't get cheated like me! Stay away from Cosme-De!

After I read a lot of bad reviews about them, I was quite nervous about my order. I ordered a SKII cream and received it after a week (faster than I thought). Everything is fine. The package arrived in good condition, the product’s quality is good. The only thing that I wonder is the manufacturer date, from 28/12/17. So I don’t know, maybe that is the reason why the price was cheaper compared with another site.

I am still waiting for a reply from their customer service. I have extensively Googled this company and there is absolutely nothing on them - who are their directors etc. DO NOT use or trust them.

I ordered Elizabeth Arten 3x30 capsule Mar. 20.
As I received I found it is not as good as I used before. Smell is different. Package is not as good. Used on my face, it feels greesy. Not as silky. I used it for two years, I can tell the difference.
They replies "Our returns policy states that we are only able to accept unopened and full-priced products for refunds.Sorry for any inconvenience caused"
If we don't open and use it, how can we know it is fake?
I saw the review about slow delivery, service poor, package broken... Actually, these are not points. The problem is they sell fake products!

Definitely they sell fake products, ordered some clinique mascaras and was so disappointed. The packaging is different from the original I have.

It is now almost two weekd since I placed my order. I sent a complaint email and was told I would be hearing from them in two days time, as yet, not one bleep from them.

Unless my paid for good arrive in 2 days, I will be cancelling my PayPal transaction. I am mad and disappointed.

they give me a fake order tracking number ... they delete my account in their website ... the did not answer when i call them ... they did not replay when i text them ... i order from this website in 28 February 2019 and until now i did not receive any thing ... they said that you will receive your order in 5 of April .

I’m in Canada and started purchasing from Cosme-de.com since December 2018. The first couple of orders took about 3 weeks to arrive and that is understandable because 1) December is holiday season when everyone wants their online purchases delivered before the holidays, 2) Canada post was on strike so it’s not their fault. They even post a notice on their site about the strike.
I placed another order 2 weeks ago and was surprised when it arrived after only one week!
Their products are genuine. I’ve order SKII and Orlane products that I cannot find those prices anywhere else.
I have been browsing their site since last week and noticed there is a Canadian website now (ca.cosme-de.com). I’m not sure if this is a new site for Canadian shoppers as I cannot login with the same account.
People who complained about the company’s return policy because of your skin reaction to the product really need a reality check! Hello! There are samples that you could have try before you buy!

I had to pay 40 euro’s taxes and waited a long time for delivery. I would aprreciated a warning on the site. Then I would have ordered in the Netherlands In the end I have more than the retailprice.

i purchase an estee lauder cleanser which smell not right. they refuse allow return just simply reply all our product are authentic. Irresponsible company and not serious in make sure their customer satisfaction. if ever plan to buy anything from this site think twice dont because of the cheaper 10-25% then buy a fake product and get skin damage. It is even worst if you dont get skin damage but long term buy from them because is cheaper and continue pay to use fake products.

Anyone need the detail can always email me . i can provide the email reply from them and also my order invoice as proof. 200% confirm the cleanser is not OK as I check with estee lauder counter. base on the batch number the cleanser is expired. It i smore than 3 years and 8 month product with weird yucky smell. The fragrance is not right already. Think twice if you ever purchase from this site.

Having read other reviews, I became nervous about waiting nearly 3 weeks for this order. I am pleased to say that it finally arrived this weekend. The company provide Post Office tracking information, but it only kicks in when the ordered goods arrive in the UK. There appears to be no tracking once they dispatch goods, from Singapore, to arrival in UK. Nor does the company seem to be very good at responding to emails other than auto reply templates. Room for improvement on the communication side.

I finally got a reply regarding my order and all they seemed to care about was me deleting the bad review after I had received my product no customer service no offer to check where my product is or update me. All in all a poor experience it’s 3 weeks tomorrow since I paid my money and having checked the Royal Mail tracking number provided by CosmeDE my item isn’t even in the UK I mean come on 3 weeks how’s it arriving here? Has it even left HK yet on a positive note they did respond to me but thankfully I paid on my credit card thank god for consumer protection I will be glad to put this experience behind me.

Purchased item (face & neck cream) StriVectin. Opened the product to try. Had a very bad reaction. Contacted Cosme De Net Co. Ltd to send product back for a full refund and it was unsuitable, and provided photo of reaction. Cosme de Net Co advised there would be no refund. Advised more or less it was my responsibility to check ingredients first, also to try small amount for skin check first - but here's the clanger - they said even though I should have checked the product out on my skin – however if I open the product to do this I am unable to receive a refund.. Also on the documentation provided it does not state any conditions in this regard only that there is a 30 day money back guarantee. So that's a $102 down the drain. Be aware of their Money Back Guarantee. I would never deal with this company again. I hope many people read this so they are also aware.

Beside that the products arrived fast and ok.
