Very bad place located in Mesongi. The rent me a car without inspection , I drove 3min for put full tank petrol in the car $45 and going back go my accommodation that was 8min away the car was overheated because was empty of water ! I put 2L of clear water with the owner of my accommodation and called for the company and drive the car back to there. The car had a problem and the person responsible tried to enforce to have another car bigger . I said I didn't want and asked my refund and the petrol $45 back. He refused give my money back from the petrol I put . I called the police and even with all proves the police said the couldn't enforce him to pay the petrol , and that I need a lawyer to solve that matter ! So be AWARE that this place rent car with problems (that is illegal) and after keep client's money from the petrol they didn't use! I'm not recommending nobody rent a car in this place ! They have a horrible mindset and taking advantage from tourists, because they know people are in holidays and normally they don't go to the court to solve this matter ! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE and I have all proves, photos, witnesses and documentation, including police report to go further with this matter if the company don't apologise in public and give my petrol refund !

Via email, owner ms Sandy was so kind and helpful but in reality she is a person, grumpy, rude and with a total lack of empathy. 1.We couldn’t get up the hill with our scooter and brought it back. She didn’t believe it and wanted to test it herself. 2.We couldn’t find our rental contact and she said: you don’t think I’m gonna look for it between 500 other pieces!!! Dear Sandy: I’m a entrepreneur myself and you don’t understand nothing about client relationships. You think in short terms. Never argue to much with customers or want to have sad discussions. For us it was once and never again!
