Excellent Service from the Start and Beyond

I have a wonderful and remarkable experience booking a rental car with Orcar, for my Jeju trip with my family, in Nov 2025. The portal is easy and user-friendly. The staff promptly assisted with confidence and patience, when I faced some difficulties in the registration, even during the weekends. Special thanks to Jade for his great help.
The follow-up text and proposal for an alternative vehicle for the car rental are impressive. We have managed to get a better deal from his proposal. Many thanks to Jaeho for this.
The personalise and customer service are exceptional and outstanding. Two Thumbs up for Orcar. We will definitely recommend Orcar to our families and friends.
We are looking forward for our trip in end Nov and we are confident that our car rental experience will be great with Orcar.

Seamless, Fair, high tech - A Perfect New Rental Experience

As an international driver, I had an outstanding experience renting a K5 from Plus by Orcar in Jeju. What truly set them apart was how easy they made everything for a visitor. The staff were all fluent in English, and I was charged the exact same fees as a local—no extra charges or "foreigner" pricing whatsoever.
The entire process was completely contactless and incredibly modern. I was able to use my American phone and credit card without any issues. They even delivered the car directly to me, which was a huge convenience. I can't recommend them enough for any traveler looking for a fair, easy, and welcoming car rental experience in Jeju.
