I am extremely grateful for my experience working with COREnglish as an online English teacher. I am now able to instruct with more confidence because of the company's extensive resources and supportive atmosphere.

The support from the administrative team has been exceptional, ensuring smooth communication and addressing any concerns promptly. Because of the curriculum and the interactive teaching resources that are available to us, students find the lessons engaging.

You will acquire experience in teaching students with different skill levels.

I really value COREnglish flexibility with scheduling.

Overall, I am grateful for the chance to be a part of such a welcoming and supportive educational community. COREnglish offers a supportive atmosphere for both professional development and providing students with a high-quality education. So far, my experience teaching English online at COREnglish has been fulfilling, and I value the company's commitment to developing a friendly and effective learning environment.

My recent experience with Talk915 was exceptional. The staff demonstrated remarkable understanding and professionalism, making me feel valued and heard. Low salaries, constant changes in the contract, no consideration for teachers.

If you are absent you will be charged with a 81 usd penalty, but if the student is absent you have to remain in class with micro and camera on, you will get paid 1 USD.

I know this will upset Edwin and his colleagues a lot. However, it is my duty as a person to inform and alert others. I don't need to be paid to leave a comment; I prefer to be genuine. They take advantage of people's needs and hardworking individuals. I'm sorry, but I won't allow it. I am not the kind of person you are. And I won't engage in a fight with the people from Corenglish, so please don't bother continuing to attack me. I will prevent people as I mentioned on my last message to you guys.

This is evident, 2.9 starts. (Even when they pay teachers to write 5 star feedbacks). These reviews are related with other teachers as well. My suggestion for everybody is to take time to read the comments and research about this company first!

AVOID THIS COMPANY! They want slaves.

CONS:
1. They pay an average salary of 3 USD per class. Don't expect any salary raise, because if you ever ask for it they will get very annoyed about it.
2. They demand perfect classes, and for them, students are always right even if parents/students humiliate and mistreat you.
3. They have ridiculous and unjustifiable penalties (81 USD for one absence), and reasons like medical prescriptions, natural disasters, hospitalizations, etc., are not considered justifications by them. *Their contract states that you have to submit leave request 6 days before you want to cancel any lesson, otherwise you’ll get penalized. How am I supposed to know when I am going to get sick?
4. One of their companies never paid me, and CORENGLISH did nothing to help me get paid. They were the first contact and the ones that actually introduced me with this company. I have all the e-mails where corenglish hired me.
5. Their Teacher Managers don’t know anything, lack information, and don’t resolve issues.
6. The positive comments posted are because CORENGLISH pays teachers 5 dollars to write them. They are not genuine experiences. I also have a screenshot where I was asked to do this as well.
7. They change the contract every time they want. They just inform you, and they don’t care if you agree on it or not. They just send the pdf through Skype or Slack and you must stick to it.
8. If a student is absent to class, you have to be there with camera and micro on. They only pay you 1 USD. This policy was changed like a year ago, and of course, this is not in the fist contract that you sign. They change conditions over time. Conditions that affect teachers, benefit companies.

I DID report my discomfort several times to the hiring director, Edwin and also suggested better working conditions for teachers but nothing changed.
I started teaching a lot, then I decreased my bookings to 1-3 lessons per day from Monday to Friday. Until I decided to quit because they don't have any consideration for teachers.

Worked with Coreenglish for a while. Good company, pay on time, no paperwork, good managing. Coreenglish also understands that people are not robots and do get sick sometime. Overall I haven't seen any problems so far, everything is great.

I've been working for CorEnglish for the last couple of months. It's been nothing but a pleasure working for them. They continuously strive to improve the company and quality of teaching. The company is also very friendly and helpful!

Excellent management, very supportive culture, and an awesome work/life balance. However, the rate per class is lower compared to other online ESL companies.

I am currently working for COREnglish and absolutely love working for them and love the amazing students we have. COREnglish is a nice company to work for with amazing staff and managers that are always there for us, check our performance, answer questions and are there to support us. I also enjoy the flexibility of this company and how we can plan our own schedules. I also appreciate how understanding the staff are when I have taken leave and also had to cancel classes.

Good company to work for. They look after their employees and they check in regularly with you. We have training as well as tips & tricks updates constantly to help us better ourselves. The software we us its easy and helps us interact more with the student. Overall its a good company to work for.

Working for CorEnglish is nothing but a huge pleasure!

Pros :
- Students are a great pleasure! They are the reason I wake up with a smile on my face everyday! They are the reason for my being! I love them and working with them is a passion!
- Management and customer service is top-notch! They're always friendly and ready to help with absolutely anything at any time! They are lovely! Especially Mr. Edwin, Miss. Shekinah and Miss. Lynch!
Fellow teachers are awesome! They're always friendly, willing to help with anything even if it means just lending an ear! They always give THE best advise and tries their best to help with any situation!

Cons :
- Penalties are quite extreme and makes me feel very anxious, nervous and scared to make any mistakes even if it might be something that's out of my control, for example, weather affecting the signal etc. (Even though I haven't made any mistakes so far I still feel anxious that I might have a slip somewhere and that I'll then have to pay 80$ + as a penalty even though class rate is $3 per class.)

Furthermore, I love this company and I am so honored and appreciative that I have this opportunity to work for and with them for the last 6 months! I am truly blessed and thankful for what I have everyday!

Pros:
- The students are wonderful and the platform is straightforward and super easy to use.
- Management is very helpful, understanding and supportive. Also, their responses are quick when you need help or unsure about something.

Cons:
The penalties are very high.
- Rate is not the best.

I am glad to be the part of COREnglish team. I have been working here for half a year and can say that it’s the most convenient platform for teaching.
I like that I can manage my schedule anytime and I usually have full bookings.
Working with this platform I became more organised.
I also really value our managers who make our working process easier.
Salary always transfers on time without delay and you also can check your payslip beforehand.
The only thing I would like to alter is the penalty system.
If you miss one class or late,you will be charged 90 $ and that’s pretty much if you consider to get 3$ per class.
Apart from that it’s a good company to work with especially if you just started teaching.

Overall, a great company to work with if you can maintain a fixed schedule and work hard and more importantly, if you love teaching English to kids. :)

Cons:
The penatlies are a bit huge though I haven’t got any penalties so far :)
**Salary is not competitive for non-native teachers even if they have years of experience(in my case, I have been teaching English for over 8 years, got. TESOL on my hands but wasn’t able to get a raise even after working pretty well for months)
***you can’t close your slots if they haven’t been booked yet though you can close them with the permission in case of an emergencey.

Excellent teaching experience. Great variety of students, almost all of them eager to keep learning. Wonderful communication structure to complaints, problems and questions. Fast, kind and acceptable answers when answering questions. Loving my experience there.

The hiring process was super fast. I have been working at Corenglish for 4 months now and Im very happy to be a part of this big supportive family. They have great team of managers that help to resolve all issues with students. I also want to note the presence of a chat where all teachers can share their experiences and ask / give advice in any situation. Also, sometimes the company conducts monthly trainings to improve the teacher’s work.

Great teachers, staff and great students.
Fun to work for.

This company is strict but fair. Their pay rate is very low however but you can make up for it with work.

The company gives very good teacher support and guidance. The teacher managers are always helpful and soft spoken. You never feel in the dark about anything, a new system or method. I really enjoy working with them.

Great company to work for. They have a great support system and are so efficient. 10/10
