Absolutely fantastic application. We had trialed copy.ai also and it simply did not hit the spot. As a Marketing Agency specialising in digital applications and advertising we have found more than one way to utilise the AI. I had a great experience using copyshark so far! The AI is definitely at another level and the texts are very impressive. The range of topics it can write about is also worth mentioning and it's so easy to use! A strong recommendation from me!

Copyshark is very interesting it give you the opportunity to improve your text with its IA algorithm.

I know that it is only a preview version and for that reason I accept some limitation such as the number of characters 200 but I wish that in the future this number will increase.

For that reason I do not put 5 stars.

I used it on different purposes: for sales pitches, blog posts, social posts and email subjects. All I can say I am blown away! Works amazing!

Work customer experience ever. I had to call my bank to report it as fraud. They can't seem to be able to cancel my account and have charged for two consecutive months, after telling me "it was canceled"

Never register to copyshark.ai!!! Never give them your bankcard details. They advertise a 1 usd plan what you cancel and after fee weeks you get charged! Sounds like a scam…

I accepted the 1$ premium that they taxed me and after 2 weeks they auto billed me 60$ for a plan i didnt agree uppon. The client service basicaly said "no refunds".

I don’t mind the Beta bugs as much as the effort in trying to cancel the subscription!

Avoid this company at all costs and becareful using this software company. Your trail for Copyshark is not for free as they state in their Facebook ads, you pay $3 for 2 weeks. They won't issue you a refund for the month. Read the T&C and the policy which I am still waiting to see. When you go cancel your subscription for the month (bearing in mind you paid for the month), it kicks you out of everything and you can't access your account to use it. Their customer service is so slow and is appalling. Your comments on Facebook also get deleted and you get banned from commenting. Do your research and read reviews. I won't recommend them to anyone!!!!!!

How can it be that copyshark.ai is not responding to the users who have left 1 star?

If and when you want to make your product better, why you do not reply to the people who complain?

I have marked on Facebook that I want to use it, there is an entire intro on their website that they seek for people who want to try the product for free. I even received an email that I have chosen to try for free like a tester.
But when it is for free to be a tester, why do you want me to pay $1 for 14 days and asking for my credit card detail.

When someone is chosen to try for free like tester, then free is free and no credit card details are needed and neither you will charge not even 1 dollar.

The feeling is that this is indeed scam above scams.

Are all 5 star reviews genuine?

totally useless. so called "ai" does not function 70% of time and is nowhere near to be called a product...and taking money for it is biiig joke. lost 2month sub to that useless piece. forgot to unsub. no refunds. stay clear of them and u will not lose any nerve like i did.

Scam company no support just send the whole same email over again

I did cancel my trial via email, but was still charged, Max keeps saying they can't refund because the plan "was not cancelled", what the heck?, their website says you need to cancel via email!, I reported it as fraud to my bank and cancelled my card so they can't charge me anymore, not taking any risks!

They scam. They won’t refund, won’t let you cancel.

BUYER BEWARE If I could a -5 I would. I started with a trial subscription which I cancelled the subscription and surprise surprise ... I received annual billing. And when I tried to cancel through the platform there is no way to cancel. It says to contact support, and when I do they say please cancel through the platform. IT'S A SCAM!!!

Don't sign up for the trial! Stay away from this company! I gave my card details to pay for the trial ($9), and I noticed in my bank account they charged me with ANOTHER two different subscriptions (20th) $29 and then (21st) $199. Customer service was ruth and unhelpful, not responding to my questions only response I will not have a refund!
I can't delete my card details and account!

Signed up for their free trial and the product wasn't that great (likely not even using GPT-3). I then tried to cancel, but they charged me anyway. At that point, I figured, "Fine, I might as well use if it I already paid," but at that point, the whole program stopped working for me. When I contacted them for help, their "customer support" totally blew me off.

I actually had to dispute the claims through my credit card company and block them as a merchant to stop them from charging me even more.

This company is a scam — and I don't mean that as a figure of speech. Do NOT sign up for their free trial, do NOT try to reason with them. If you see them, report them.

Cancelled my service in early 2021. They waited a few months, then resumed charging my card. Once I realized it, they stopped after charging me for 5 extra months. Last time I was charged was October 2021...UNTIL TODAY, WHEN THEY CHARGED MY CARD AGAIN! FRAUD COMPANY! WHAT A BUNCH OF THIEVES! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!
