Signed up for a trial at a discounted price, and found I was completely unable to use any of the services. I just get a 'unsupported content entered' no matter what type. I've emailed Copyshark FIVE TIMES and had no reply at all. Total waste of time and money!

Most features don't work. Non refundable.

Amazing Tool.

English is not My first language and I struggle to write good copy Myself.

Its very easy to use, and the AI generated content is always so accurate, great for professionals and Start-up founders

A few days after testing, notified on their portal to cancel my service, but they kept charging. The website goes with the extension .ai, but the email is to .co. After reaching out on .co several times, they leave it to the customer to close the account through the “account setting.” It is impossible to find that through the app. I had to ask the credit card company to place a hold on this company. Very deceptive! AVOID!

No exageration: its Horrible.

Very, very low quality, overpriced, this is plain horrible.
And very hard to unsubscribe.

Total scam.

Unless you’re naive and of low intelligence, doing business with Copy Sharks is dealing with a Shark, its President. I’m a publishing writer with 3000 credits and affiliated with this kid just to see what he’d do. So offered one meeting, then evaporated and wouldn’t refund. He is of the lowest class on earth. And that’s why he operates in the Ukraine. In that country, he can operate unethically and does. He is ultra low class. And so is the company.

Complete SCAM RUN. I have now been charged multiple times for a service I haven't an account with to cancel. This is now getting to be hundreds of dollars. They refuse to assist and you will have to cancel your card to stop them.

Impossible to cancel the subscription. No support. Run away !!

Very bad experience with this website as i have been charged subscription fee from March - June 2023 even so i have cancelled my subscription already in February. When i canceled my subscription again in July i got the message that my account is not properly activated but they still charged me 4 month subscription fees.
There are better alternatives then copyshark.ai with better customer servcie

I do think that it's a good service, but I literally canceled my service with them and they were still charging me for 3 more months and they did not give me my money back.

I cannot express enough how disappointed I am with Copyshark Ai. Their so-called AI technology for generating high-quality content is nothing but a sham. My experience with their platform was an absolute nightmare, and I would never recommend it to anyone.

Firstly, the lack of customization options is appalling. It's like they want you to churn out generic content that could be written by anyone with a basic knowledge of the topic. The results were nothing short of embarrassing, with irrelevant content that failed to address the specific needs of my project.

Furthermore, the content generated by Copyshark Ai was pure garbage. It was riddled with grammatical errors, spelling mistakes, and awkward phrasing, making it almost unusable. I spent hours editing and reworking the content to make it presentable, which completely defeats the purpose of using an AI writing service.

But what's even worse is their customer service. It's a complete joke! When I reached out to their support team to address my concerns, they were slow to respond and offered no solutions. They clearly don't care about their customers, and it shows.

I urge you to stay away from Copyshark Ai at all costs. Their platform is poorly designed, the content is terrible, and their customer service is beyond atrocious. Don't waste your time or money on this garbage service.

Normal company would understand and cancel/reimburse. These guys made the process convoluted and told me to get lost.
