I love Copper Water their bottles are great the design is excellent and after using it for sometime now I can tell a difference physically. I liked the product enough that I ended up buy 6 more for presents.

I adore my beautiful CopperWater bottles (I have 2!) and pitcher! My order took a few weeks to be delivered but arrived packaged beautifully with individual sturdy canvas totes for each vessel. The bottles and pitcher are clearly of high, handcrafted quality. I drink from them almost daily and love the fresh taste. I feel amazing since making CopperWater part of my daily routine and want everybody to have this experience!

I purchased two copper bottles. They are both wonderful. They are great quality and easy to take care of. I know there a lot of counterfeit “copper” water bottles on Amazon but these are real copper water bottles!

My copper water bottle arrived in perfect condition. The bonus bag is very throughtful. I'm enjoying drinking water from my copper water bottle. My water actually tastes better and I've finally started drinking more water.

I absolutely love my new copper tumbler. I am proud of it. At work practically everyone has a Stanley or Starbucks cup lol. Mine truly stands out and is much better for my body😊 I get compliments too! Next time I'll get the pitcher. Super fast shipping also

MY COPPER WATER came peel off and the company say is normal just to not give back your money ! Im not drinking from a bottle that came all peel off sad what a waste of my money !! Don't buy at Copperwater from Miami Beach is a lie !!!

I looked a lot for a geniuine copper bottle brand because the ones sold on marketplaces or stores don't look real. But this one has been amazing, I even tested it with a magnet. Also the look and feel of the bottle is so good I'm addicted to it at this point. Hope they keep the quality up all the time

I first bought one of their copper bottles two years ago, I think it was their first-generation product, because I bought the new bottle with the handle a few weeks ago for my wife, and she absolutely loves it. Nice addition they made there to the design. Anyways, I got a dog bowl too and some swag, all high quality. Didn't have any experience with customer service as I didn't have any issues with them. Highly recommend them. I love the peace of mind knowing im drinking pure, clean water at all times using copper.

I ordered two copper water bottles and never received them. The courier's own delivery confirmation photo showed they left the package outside my community gate on the public street, not at my actual home or mailbox.

When I reached out to this company to report what happened, Ronn from customer service refused to take responsibility and told me I had to track down the package with the courier myself. Then he stopped responding until I
disputed the charge with my credit card company. The moment my credit card contacted them, Ronn suddenly replied to my email asking me to drop the dispute and they would then credit me back. I kept the dispute to ensure I received a refund.

From my own terrible experience and the other negative reviews, this company is not reliable. Save yourself the headache and buy elsewhere.

I ordered a water bottle and it arrived with a dent on the bottom outer rim so that it won't stand on its own and the lid is so difficult to screw on that it can't be used as a bottle to travel with me outside the home. I was unable yo connect with a non bot to discuss and or resolve these issues.

After two good purchases, I attempted to buy two of their pitchers. The order was processed quickly, and a shipping label was created. However, no shipment was ever picked up nor delivered. I went round and round with their "support" team. At one point, I was informed that for some reason the shipment was canceled by the carrier. As a result, they would issue a partial refund and reship.
No new shipping label was created, and no partial refund was issued.
I filed for a refund with whom I used to make the payment. After the investigation, I received a full refund.
The "support" department, all of whom are named Ronn, are either lazy, a robot, or are outright incompetent.
Looking around, I also discovered that they always advertise their products being on sale. In reality, the sale price is the same as what you can find elsewhere.

Ordered 3 water bottles from them and they only sent 2 water bottles and they initial responded to me when i emailed the problem and they requested picture of the package, now they have ghosted me and not responding so I have to file with my credit card company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I foolishly purchased a pitcher and some bottles, not realizing the potential for toxicity. You really MUST make sure that the water does not stay in the bottle/pitcher for too long. And what that safe period of time is, is questionable. I asked them about it, hesitantly said “I’ll try it”, which unknowingly prohibited me from returning it.

Customer service was responsive (usually after 24 hours) but wasn’t really clear about some important “specifics” like, I have to pay the return shipping of the unopened water bottles. Not cheap. Although they did send a return label, return shipping costs will get deducted from my refund. And everything you return MUST be unopened. Risky to do business with this company even though the products are beautiful. Are they safe though? I’m not so sure..

Placed my first order for 2 tongue scrapers and a bottle. Took two weeks to arrive and when it did, there was no bottle, only the tongue scrapers. They told me their fulfillment team did indeed mail the bottle, so I sent them the picture of the packaging, shipping box, which was small. Only large enough to contain the scrapers. I am awaiting a response at this point. After waiting 5 days for a response, they issued a refund for the bottle.
