I can't say enough about these guys and gals, every time I had a problem with my program they fixed the problem immediately.

It is just what I need to get audio files of items I watch on YouTube. It is easy to use and fast. My only problems have been that it needs constantly updating. When I find that I can no longer use the version on my computer, I get a rapid reply to my email with a link to a new version that works. It might help if users were notified when it is necessary to download a new version.

EXCELLENT customer service. I purchased this amazing product many, many years ago and it has outlived two computers: a hard drive and a motherboard and I only needed contact support to help me reinstall and register the product. Up and running in no time!!!!

Excellent response on resolving issues with software

I am a long time (paying) user of pdfprinterX on windows server 2008. The software is good and does what it has to do but the support is afwul.

As windows server 2008 is nearing EOL, I wanted to upgrade my printserver to windows server 2016. When testing everything pdfprinterX didn't work, I always got errors about a dll when printing from vbscript. (Also tested on 2012 and brand new installations)
I openened a support case with coolutils on September 26. At first they seemed to try to solve the problem but after october 15 they stopped responding. I got one last message on october 31:
"Hi,

Thank you for your patience.

Our developers recommend to test the DLL.
Kind regards,
Nash,
CoolUtils Technical Support"
When I asked what they meant by this I got no response.

In the meantime I also contacted their sales but no response there either so I payed for a product I can no longer use.

I would not recommend them, the moment you need support you can't count on them. I opened a case on september 26, they stopped responding, my product still doesn't work.

Update: I left a message on their facebook page on November 21. At first I got a reaction when they asked for the ticket number. I gave it but haven't heard anything since.

Update: The problem was solved on January 1 2020, it took more than 3 months but I can finally upgrade my server.

Been enjoying Total Audio Converter for at least 6 years and still satisfied. Just experienced the CoolUtils technical support team and fully impressed. They're professionnals. Also give 5 stars to the team.

I tried the online software to convert an XPS to Excel. It only created 10 pages. I had an emergency and needed to convert a file in order to upload for a big and important order from a vendor. Not knowing that the conversion left off 20 or more pages, when my order arrived I was missing thousands of dollars worth of product. Whatever caused the problem, this online service failed. It cost me thousands and my customers were left without essential supplies.

I needed a tool to convert from msg to pdf and spent many days of tiresome searching, testing and evaluating the various available commercial programs. Finally I found the Coolutils msg converter which had a great deal many more functions including a previewer and ability to save to single pdf file, plus all at a reasonable cost compared to the others. I had no doubt this was the right one for me and purchased the program, installed it but unfortunately it wasn't converting an email chain properly. I contacted support for my issue and they responded quickly. After a few emails it was clear that the developer needed to look at it and so some fixes. It took a few days for all this to happen but they finally sent me a new link to download a fixed version. Now the program works perfectly and I'm very happy with it. I can say the support team was always friendly and supportive, never condescending even when I was frustrated. This is the second tool I've purchased from them and both are excellent. Again, if you're after a msg to pdf converter (plus much more) then this is definitely the one.

Called AM October 7. No response as of late AM October 9. Purchased Gold Bundle but did not receive a Registration Key for the program Total Thunderbird Converter which I wanted to use immediately .PayPro sent a help request yesterday but no response.
I got an e-mail with my Registration Key on AM October 10. The program is up and running.
The Program Total Thunderbird Converter is the best one I have found. Prior to Total Thunderbird Converter I was using one program to export Thunderbird e-mail to EML and a second program to conert the EML to PDF while retaining the attachments. Total Thunderbird Converter converts to PDF and other popular formats in one step, The Pro version has the added capability of also converting the email attachments to PDF. I prefer keeping the attachments in their original Form.
In summary, I am very pleased with the performance of Total Thunderbird Converter but wish that my registration problem had been responded to faster.

Great ap and great support if ever needed but unlikely you will as the app works well and is very easy to use. I only needed them to ask a question re transfering g my license to a new computer.

I reloaded a CoolUtils program onto a new computer 2 years after I bought it. But the registration wouldn't accept the registration key that I was given at purchase. I sent a request to CoolUtils, and got a response within about 8 hours. After answering some questions and providing proof of purchase, they sent me a new key, and everything works. Nice customer service, timely response and no hassles. I do like this company!

I had hundreds of old .PDD files from my Canon camera many years ago. I purchased the Total Image Converter and it converted to .JPG in no time at all (from my Dropbox filestore).

Support was 100% when I requested my license key.

Response to my report of a problem with the code was off the charts. Within 4 days the problem was fixed.

I had a very quick response and was easily able to re-install and register the products on my new computer after receiving instructions and new product keys. I have uninstalled the products from the old computer.

Bought a license for Mail Viewer via PayPal because the credit card site wasn't working.

Tried to activate the software with the emailed key. There is no indication that the key unlocked the Demo package. This is bad programming.

Eventually someone emailed with a link to a new version and a key. Program working now and good; but, why wasn't the link available on the website? We wasted a few hours trying to figure what was wrong.

This is one of the best converters I have used. It is fast and the image quality is excellent. Great price too.

Total Audio Converter is absolutely delicious and pleasant to work with, intuitive well structured. The explorer-like interface, choice of samplerate, channels and volume options, missing in other audio converters makes this software stand out. Smooth and fast processing, light on resources. Effective layout, all info in the right place. The designer had end user in mind considering important details beyond obvious features. Ergonomic factors namely the font size sliding control might seem to have nothing to do with audio conversion, but indirectly affect performance by accommodating the needs of an individual user. Simply very well done.

I have been a user of Total Audio Converter since 2008 with excellent results with conversion. Anytime I had a question or a problem the response was extremely quick and with good results.

I would recommend this product to anyone wanting good results without problems. Excellent product.
