I raised a problem with converting a PDF in landscape. It was fixed on 30/08/26, however I had sent the wrong example file. I resent it with all correct data and within hours, it was corrected and a new release available with the output reflecting exactly what you would get using Excel. Great communications. Great tech support.
If you need batch PDF conversion, this will do it and do it well!

As an expert witness with an arbitration submission looming the lawyers sent me a download of emails to review in .msg format with attachments – the deadline was not postponed! I remember purchasing a lifetime license for Total Mail Converter back in 2018, so I immediately deployed the application to save the day – TMC processed the data set but watermarked every page with “trial version”. My assumed registration code failed to resolve the problem. Contacted CoolUtils immediately and they responded - same day 20-Aug-26 at 11:27 – problem solved. Thank you Total Mail Converter support team.

We have recently updated Total PDF Converter to newest version. We receive some documentation for our products in the form of separate pdf's, up to 800 hundred for one product. Printing took a couple of days clicking, finding the wanted one was a tedious task. Total PDF Converter joins them in one pdf in a matter of minutes and few clicks, many possibilities like adding a footer with product description, page number, number of pages etc. And that is only one of the functions!

Customer service is excellent. Well, at least I had a good experience. I asked a lot of odd ball questions and they took the time to answer all of them, with explanations. Some of the questions were not relevant to their software and they answered those as well.

I purchased Total Mail Converter Pro to archive several years of emails into PDF's for easy storage and distribution.
I found the product did the task admirably and it fully met my expectations. I contacted support with a couple of questions and they were answered in a professional and timely manner. FULLY RECOMMEND this product.

Had a confusion with Total Mail Converter and Total Mail Converter Pro. I received a response within 15 minutes.
a) My question was understood correctly.
b) The response was concise and to the point, included two suggested solutions.

There is no equivalent product on the market. Only issue I have is with pictures attached to the E-Mail. Total Mail Converter Pro does not recognise pictures with long names and characters.

I had two old photos in my genealogy files that were PDD files and was unable to view them. I searched for a converter and found Coolutils. I took advantage of their free converter and was able to convert the photos to jpg immediately. I would recommend their program.

The immediate respons and the solution for my problem.
For some mysterious reason my registration (on my computer) was lost. But a mail to Coolutils with the original invoice made me receive a new registration code. I am glad therefore, because I use the program Total Image Converter a lot as it works perfectly.
