Cook Travel Omdömen

Kausha Ghia was the representative from Cook. She was very knowledgeable and gave me very many options. She is very pleasant and easy to deal with. Very patient and professional. A pleasure to deal with.

Prompt, courteous service with good attention to the details relating to our travel desires. Nice reduction in ticket price over published fares.

Fabrizio is great to work with. Very easy

Kausha was very responsive and knowledgeable with respect to airfares and options.

Fabrizio is fantastic. His commitment to getting the plans done right is amazing. He’s definitely my go to person

Always quick service with excellent routing. Thank you!

Kausha was great, she provided options, listened to our requirements and executed. I appreciated the transparency and the end result. I felt in good hands all through the process.

Kausha has been giving us great help for years!

As much as I can, I try to use Cook Travel for my business class travel. They're so helpful!

So happy Cook Travel was recommended to me several years ago. Working with agent Francis Tan is a joy. His responses are incredibly fast and he understands what type of itineraries suit me. I’ve recommended him to several friends who all have had the same stellar experience.

Fabrizio made our recent experience great. He always treats us like we're the only - and best - customer he has. Give him a big bonus at Christmas. Thanks!

Working with Fabrizio is great - he is so quick getting back to you with the information you want - need to be specific, but answers your questions with ease - always enjoy the cook travel experience.

My flight was cancelled from Basel Switzerland to Munich and Beata called my husband and I. She had already looked for flights for me to get home to San Diego with Lufthansa. We talked of my options and as we talked she found a perfect hotel for me to stay overnight and I was able to fly home the following day. She was timely, prepared with options before she called and listened to my concerns. Everything worked out even with limited options. I greatly appreciated her superb professionalism and efficiency.

Very responsive to all requests. Keep us updated with any changes.

Francis Tan has been a wonderful travel advisor to us for years, but a recent experience was above and beyond. After an injury, Francis spent the night searching for solutions to get us home most expeditiously. The service and attention to detail was over the top - even calling to confirm we boarded the flight.

Beata Lubitz is outstanding--very prompt, thorough, and detail oriented. A pleasure to deal with. She's the reason I purchase through Cook Travel!

Francis is simply the best!

Fabrizio kept an eye out for a great fare for us over a number of days. We were able to grab it and are very appreciative of.

Kindness, understanding, promptness

Even though we are on opposite coasts and three hours time difference, Fabrizio was very efficient and timely in getting back to me. I am booked and ready for a fabulous trip. Thank you !
