Cannot fault any part of the service received, bought a food warming tray but wanted some extra small trays, could not find on website so contacted by email, reply within half an hour, they said they would try and find some but would have to check, as this request for extra trays was not a usual request, through the next couple of days was kept informed at every step and when and when they were sourced informed straight away

We ordered Cooks Professional Jersey Luxury Ice Cream Mix - Soft Serve Creamy Vanilla Taste Ice cream Mixture - 6 x 1L and 6 x 1L Mr Whippy ice cream. The Jersey was delivered but the Mr Whippy was not delivered and the message from Amazon was to say the package was damaged in transit and to contact Cooks Professional. We have sent multiple emails to them in the past 8 weeks and received not one answer. Cooks professional should have sorted this with Amazon but have washed their hands of it. Rubbish customer service.

My Husband bought me a Ice-cream Machine which I absolutely love but I had a little issue that I wanted help with and contacted customer services and spoke To a Lovely lady Sam Who was just so polite, helpful and listened to my concerns and was able to put my mind at ease Sometimes it's the operator (ME) with the issue not the Machine

I bought a set of Cooks Professional cast iron pans in July for £186.98. Within a month the enamel has started to flake off, the website says there is a 25 year guarantee. I contacted them for a refund or replacement but they said the damage had been caused by rough handling and therefore they said it was not covered by their guarantee. If you want a set of pans to last longer than a month, I really recommend avoiding this brand a complete waste of money.

I never buy things through Amazon, but it turns out Cooks Professional use them to deliver their items. Amazon left my parcel in an alleyway, it was missing when I looked, and trying to get a refund or replacement has been so difficult as they use AI to reply to messages. Ironically I was buying eco kitchen sponges, and have ended up using a company that is anything but ethical or eco friendly.

The oven arrived very promply when ordered directly from Cooksprofessional. It works very well. Unlike many other similar ovens both rings can be adjusted independently. The ceramic hobs heat up very quickly and are very controllable. The oven also heats up quickly and cooks evenly. Recently there was a problem with the paint adjacent to one of the rings bubbling. When the company were notified of this problem the oven was very promply replaced. Excellent service!

Mixer motor started smoking after a few months only. Nightmare to try to get a replacement, they ask all sorts of questions to avoid their statutory rights, now they want me to buy a box and packaging to send it back to them under my responsibility. COWBOYS.

Bought something via Amazon. Returned it but problem with the delivery. Noone will help despite it beign returned direct to Cooks Professional - just keep sending me round in circles. Very disappointing.

Added an ice maker into basket, signed up for newsletter which promised 10% off but email didn’t arrive. Checked junk folder and nothing. Left for a couple of hours and there was an email not in junk but in inbox saying we’ve saved your basket check out now! No, the reason I didn’t check out was because I was waiting for the code which didn’t arrive yet your sales booster did?

Hi I recently purchased a spare part from this company. The product description and photos suggested it was compatible with another "quality" brand coffee machine. It wasn't. I reached out to Cooks to find out how to avail of their "no quibble" return policy. They have not responded. I left a review on their "partner" review site "Feefo". Feefo appear to work on behalf of Cooks, so their reviews are compromised and mediated in Cooks favour. They appear to sell kitchen equipment that is modelled on quality brands (e.g. Swan / Nutribullit). The quality is not in the replicated product.

I have ordered the Cooks Professional Slushie Machine, I was skeptical about this brand at first. But when I used the product I couldn't be more happier and so much satisfied. Very good quality and the performance of the machine is satisfactory. Also, they have responsive customer service team who answered all my questions and concern.

Awful experience and terrible products!!

I purchased the 4L hot water dispenser to help my elderly mother who struggles to lift a kettle due to poor health. I thought this would be the best option for her but seems I was wrong. Since day 1 it just splatters everywhere when making drinks and she (and us) have been burnt by it on several occasions to the point my mother will no longer use it so we have to make all her drinks. I contacted customer service who told me to do a full clean etc, I explained I had already done that and nothing has changed and that it has been like that since first use. They asked me to return it to investigate but that leaves us with nothing. I suggested an engineer visit but apparently they don’t do that? I just don’t want it all and was happy to return for a refund. The item is not fit for purpose and even more concerning it is dangerous!! Do not purchase their products

***UPDATE**
The machine now just leaks and there is a constant pool of water underneath. The quality is awful and the company have been less than helpful. Don’t purchase guys, not worth it!

I had a problem with a can opener that was eleven months old and contacted customer service. My message was sent at 12.17 am, I was replied to at 12.27 and a replacement was dispatched by 13.31. I was looked after by Raveena who was sympathetic and courteous beyond the normal call of duty!!
I truly cannot recommend highly enough.

Fantastic customer service from all involved. Great communication throughout with response within one day.
The part I required for my parents Halogen oven was despatched immediately and arrived in a couple of days.

My parents who are in their 90’s use the Cooks Professional oven almost daily. They were over the moon to have it working again.

Absolutely fab soft serve ice cream machine, we love a Mr Whippy and now we don’t have to travel an hour to have one 😍 Customer service was excellent too, our ice cream mixes went astray during transit with the couriers, they sent me replacement mixes through a different courier to ensure they arrived in time for my hubby’s birthday. Overall, I am thoroughly impressed with the machine and customer service, peace of mind that the machine also has a 2 year extended warranty once registered, thank you Cooks Professional 🤩

I bought this mixer to make bread as my old cheapo 300w mixer is getting a bit tired.
I used it to make butter yesterday and it did the job, but today I go to make some bread in it.
OMG what a disaster.
I put in the same amount of flour and other ingredients that I usually make, which came half way up the bowl, as soon as it started mixing, the top of the mixer is wobbling about and it couldn't handle to dough for 2 small loaves.
What a total waste of money, if I can only use it to make 1 small loaf at a time, and then use twice as much electricity to not only make the dough but then to have to run the oven twice.
My old 300w cheapo mixer handles that amount of dough easily.
I was considering purchasing other items from Cooks professional, but not now, never again.
I guess I am now going to have to buy yet another mixer that will actually do the job I want it to do.

They put the bottom of the kettle in the kettle an i used it and could of risked braking it should of put it in the box !!!!!

Not only was the product all it was as described but the staff members I dealt with were a joy. What a change from other companies!

I purchased a set of tea coffee and sugar cannisters in black with a silver label. At first I wasn't sure if they would be "too much" after having had chrome ones for more years than I care to remember but they are absolutely gorgeous! They have attracted a great deal of praise and I LOVE them! I put my warranty out in the recycling by accident but contacted the company directly to explain my predicament. Their Customer Service was exceptional and they could not have been any more helpful. The cannisters have a two year warranty and are very well made. I fully intend to use this amazing company again and will definitely buy more products from the range. Top marks!
