Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever. Been contacting them through emails and their Click2call service. There have been no response on my emails and once connected to an agent via Click2call, they'll put you on hold after a short introduction.

Horrible horrible customer service!! Not a real problem getting connected but if you have a service problem plan on calling every day many times a day. We got connected and had service for almost 2 weeks..then no signal...almost 2 weeks later after promising every day they would be out tomorrow we were finally reconnected..if you have another option I would take it!!

Extremely Disappointed with Converge's Service and Billing
We recently moved from Pampanga to Tagaytay and contacted Converge to transfer our account to the new address. Initially, we were told that we had called too early and were advised to call back closer to our move-out date. Following this advice, we called a week before our move and were informed that the transfer approval would take approximately 2 to 4 weeks.
Upon arriving in Tagaytay, we visited the Converge branch near the wet market on Santa Rosa Highway to follow up on our request. We were assured that the installation would be completed the following day. However, a week passed with no connection. We had to call daily, repeatedly explaining our situation to different staff members.
Once the internet was finally connected, we discovered that we were being billed for both our new account in Tagaytay and our old account in Pampanga. This double billing is unacceptable and reflects a lack of competence and professionalism.
I am extremely disappointed with the service we have received and the inconvenience it has caused. Additionally, I am frustrated that there is no platform to leave reviews on your social media, Google, or your website.

Converge:Bad Choice...
I am really disappointed with Converge. It was really good upon installing and using for a month, but after that no internet for 3 weeks.Customer support is worse at all. It was attended after 3 weeks but everyday tje connection is lost and will resume late at night. Worst intermet for me really. I will cancel my subscription and of course will pay for the modem as agreed. Really a disappointment Converge...
Never tie yourself with Converge. I am warning you.
I wish the standard rating should allow lower than 1-star values. Anyway, never plan on getting into Converge. They literally have the worst Customer Service among the ISPs in the PH. They will never announce planned outages and when you ask for a resolution update, they will never give a straight answer. I had like 5 or more different "people" telling me the same thing and they will immediately end the conversation if you don't respond within 1 minute. I am not exaggerating at all.
Also they are using a scam tactic to send a technician to install a Wifi 6E router even if you did not order or applied for it at all. If you accept it, they will charge you Php 149.00 a month and secretly RE-LOCK-IN your account for another 24 months so that if you plan to terminate the contract by the time you get frustrated with their horrible service, you will be thinking twice.

Their Customer Service is atrocious; it took them eight weeks to facilitate our change in service address - and still, nothing! Their customer hotlines just HANG UP on you under the guise of poor connection; I spent hours on the phone trying to speak to one of them to no avail. I spent weeks emailing them back and forth only to be fed the same lines over and over again "Apologies for the inconvenience. Rest assured the appropriate team is working on this." And still: we have no internet in our new home, but they continue to charge us while eluding our requests for their help. Seemingly, all they care about is the money in their pocket.
If you have another option, save yourself grief and DO NOT get Converge.

Wla man lng upgrade options or any options at all. tapos ang malupet pa yung mga technicians pa ang nagsabi saken na pwede mag upgrade. magulo kayong lahat. iba sinasabi ng technicians iba sinasabi ng customer service. magulo. mag resign na kayo dyan kung wla kayo alam sa customer service.

Bull**** company all empathy and no action done, simple lang ng issue and di maaksyonan agad, worse tlg.
This has happened 3 times already, first action nyo maganda kasi action agad after 24 hrs but the problem is kababalik lang net nawala na naman agad, second site visit nyo it took 72 hrs bago nyo maaksyonan and now for the 3rd still counting pa.
Reported the issue as early as possible pero ngayon wala pa din, puro empathy walang action.
Escalated the issue and more than a week na lumipas still no action nakakabwesit literal.
Pwedeng bang ireport ang company na ito and kung oo, saan? parang walang plano mag action.
Not highly recommended sa mga jobs, school (especially law related ang course ko) and businesses na nakadepende sa internet parang 🐌 ang aksyon.

No service 40 days in the last two months (August and September 2024). Three different time periods We contact every day now. All we get is we have escalated and be patient. No other info. Nothing. Worst service provider i have experienced in my 72 years of life. Worst by far.

I send payment yesterday September 30 in canada October 1st in Philippines through the converge app like how i did before connected to gcash ewallet . Gcash shows successful while converge didn't send invoice right away like they used too. So i emailed the ict to ask and im wasting many hours they keep asking info i already provided again and again and now they are telling me that its not paid when i ask the gcash proof of payment it shows payment are successful.
