Daughter's Dell laptop screen failed, she urgently needed for GCSE revision. Diagnosed, replaced and checked by the end of the afternoon - very good price. Overall excellent service, knowledgeable staff and very helpful - would recommend and use again.

Excellent service, very reasonably priced.
My PS4 Pro was bought second hand from eBay complete with unadvertised Loud fan issues. These guys sorted it out cheaply and within the same day for me though, glad I made the hour journey to use their service. Very happy.

Great Experience
Have heard lots of good feedback locally and took my partners phone to be fixed.
The lady who served me was very knowledgeable and very helpful. The phone was ready in an hour!! All fixed and new again!! Cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you so much xx

Completely impressed with console clinic done a fantastic job to a fantastic standard and a reasonable price the staff and technician in the shop knew what they were talking about they replace a complete new back on my Huawei p30 Pro new edition because I had a problem with the camera because there was some sort of smashes on the back of the glass on the inside of the glass case rectified that problem and now I can take smudge free photographs would highly recommend 5-star all the way it was a pleasure to do business with and highly recommend this console clinic company regards Ronnie

I took my sons X box to get the USB…
I took my sons X box to get the USB port replaced. They said they would try to get it done within two days. After two days I called them to see if it had been done. They said it hadn’t but if I paid double the price ( £200) they would get it done that day. I refused this outrageous offer as I thought they were taking the mick. I picked the X box up unfixed. I took it elsewhere who fixed it within two days at less than half the price £45).

However just for the audience to clear up your review,
Firstly your Xbox Series X required a new HDMI port (not usb) as to which our service is £99.95incl vat. You bought your xbox instore for repair on the 23/12/21 at 10:09am, as to which you was quoted 72 hours, we are extremely busy 365 days of the year, however this time of year is always extra busy, you was fine with the timeframe quoted, however you then rung the store in less then 24 hours later requesting if it had been done, we mentioned that we are still within our quoted timeframe as to which you demanded it to be completed on christmas eve otherwise you will take it back unrepaired. Our staff member then advised you on our VIP(very impatient person) service this is double the quoted price and completed the same day which hundreds of customers understand this service and have used it, as we keep it fair to those who have booked in it before you, but no different to fastrack at thorpe park if you want to be done quicker then everyone else then you pay the price. You instantly refused well within your rights too without hearing us out as to why we dont like offering this service but is a service we offer.
Our technician had wanted to make a start and help to ensure it was done for you before christmas despite our quoted timeframe, but a unprofessional attempt was made on the console which resulted in damaging screws as to which to use the correct equipment to rectify mistakes + the repair would not of been completed within your demanded timeframe.
We apologise you feel this way and we apologise for sticking to what we promised.

Had a laptop repaired at the console clinic recently after being quoted 666 pounds by currys at lakeside even though it was only 4 months old .
Console clinic repaired it for 75 pounds I would use them all the time now

2nd time we have used Console Clinic
2nd time we have used Console Clinic. Repair is fine happy with that side of the business. The only issue I have is having to chase for updates each day. Would have been much more efficient if I had an update on progress as the status of repair changed. I just get told some one will call you today and it never happens.

Excellent service all round
Excellent, friendly and fast service. Very happy with the speed with which my iPhone was repaired and even more happy with the price as Apple would have charged me roughly 3-4 times the amount, for exactly the same repair! Would definitely recommend and would use again 😊

This the 3rd time I've used Console…
This the 3rd time I've used Console Clinic, the first 2 times turned out to be for very minor problems with my phone, but I only know that because they were honest with me, they did a 5 minute repair while I waited, and didn't even charge me! This time my i-phone needed a new battery, I left the phone with them for about an hour and it was done, £30. Polite efficient and friendly service for very fair prices.
I would happily recommend them.

Very helpful staff changed my wifes broken screen but after repair the screen was freezing went back to shop and told them the issue they put another screenon the phone all ok now but they very helpful would recommend first class

Dropped off my sons 'old'phone which they were able to replace the screen on thankfully, not only were they so reasonably priced, the service they provided was professional, efficient and friendly. Would 100% recommend anyone to use these guys.

Very poor service
Very poor service. Had xbox around 3 weeks, no communication at all had to chase up the people on the phone were incompetent not even knowing if they had the item!!! One minute they were putting new hard drive in next the xbox is non repairable baring in mind we bought it from them less than a year ago. Would never use again

Laptop sorted
My laptop was overheating as the fan didn't work and I also kept losing WiFi connection.
Console clinic sorted it all out and very quickly for a very reasonable charge.
Would highly recommend.
