Great course
Presentation was great. Having previously done Document Control and only being back in it for a month after 4 years out, it was good to have a refresher before i start my training in my new role.

Very effective document control course
The course was well structured and relevant. It strengthened my understanding of document control best practices and professional standards. It was directly applicable to my day-to-day responsibilities. Overall, the course was very effective and met its objective.

Uncomfortable, repetative and generally unhelpful
Parts of the training were repetative, and examples of the consequences of failure to do the job got uncomfortably and unnecessarily descriptive and graphic. An offhanded suicide joke was also made by the one running the training, which was in incredibly poor taste. In general, the experience didn't feel particularly useful and left me feeling somewhat uncomfortable at times.

Great time learning with Consepsys
My experience with Consepsys was great, mostly due to tutor Luis Heng. He was very calm, amiable and knowledgeable.
And even though the material catered to Oil, Mining and Engineering fields which I am not in, I found I did take away a lot that I can use.
It would have been super if all fields were considered as I work in the field of Electronic Payments and am basically a technical writer, but that is not on Consepsys as the course details and information were quite clear.
I'm truly hoping I can implement some strategies at work to create a better and smoother work experience.
I was also quite happy to see the tips given on so many subjects, especially using excel to create a basic level EDMS. I shall look into that and other offerings and see what more I can learn from Consepsys.

Julie was great explaining all!! It was a good course.
The only thing that I would say is maybe in 2 weeks 2 days each could better for interiorize and don’t interfere with the job.
In any case, good course, it took ALL the fundamentals of work and all the task we do in our everyday basis.
