Conroy Removals - Tauranga Omdömen 24

From start to finish we have found nothing but absolutley exceptional service from all involved in my 87 year old Dads removal from the Gold Coast to New Zeland. What started out as a daunting task ended up to be the most stress fee activity in his relocation. From my initial call to Deb at Crown,  to her guiding me throught the video call and seeing what was coming to NZ, suggesting what to pack and what not to pack, how to prepare various items,to the list of what not to bring (that I had no idea about, eg Vaccum cleaners, food )and the communication throughout across the various agencies. The paper work was an admin task that Dad would not have been able to do but the guidance from the Australia side made this do able too. We had a few questions, all were answered with clarity and respect for our lack of knowledge. Being passed to the Australia side of the process was straight forward, the packers were at Dads at the confirmed time, the pair did an exceptional job of packing Dads possessions and taking them away. On the NZ side all communications were made regarding the customs clearance , the expected arrival of the ship, the actual arrival and then Andrew from Conroy kept conveying to me the time the van would deliver into Dads garage in Thames. All communiations could then be conveyed to Dad who awaited in antictipation of his possessions arriving on the stated time. Everything arrived in pristine order, no damage, no breakages.

I cannot thank you all enough for the magnificent service, getting Dad back to NZ has been a very stressful time , but you all made this part of the process stress free and we all really  appreciate it. Customer service and communication has been exceptional, not often found these days. We cannot thank you enough. Cheers.

The removal staff left a large oil stain on the carpet then lied that it was already there. Office staff then accused us of lying. Do not recommend.

The staff with whom I first made contact were prompt, supportive, informative and friendly. The 3 men who managed my move were exceptionally efficient, helpful and friendly. A very stress-free experience!

The thought of another international move was quite daunting after the last horrible experience with a rival company. So glad I went with my gut feel this time and didn't get sucked in with all the glossy brochures, stats and promises. I had very clear communication from the staff on delivery time. The staff that delivered my goods were polite, hardworking and placed the furniture where I asked it to go.
Move was done quickly and efficiently.

A little bit of confusion with the quote and location with the office, but the moving guys, Jacob and Barry from Mount Maunganui Conroy's did a fantastic job and went above and beyond, breaking down all the office furniture to get it up some tight steps and then put everything back together again, most appreciated

Great service from a friendly, skilled team. The team from Tauranga were prompt and seemed to enjoy their work as they skillfully placed our belongings in a gigantic game of Tetrus.
