I got a bed from here they are comfortable and exactly what I asked for and great quality delivered on time and delivery men was polite and very professional I would recommend this to my friends and family

Disgusting customer service!! They don't even deserve one star.

After a week of emailing them (with no response) to place order for samples, as well as numerous phone calls to enquire as to why no one was responding, their director confirmed that they would post the samples that day. Another week later and i still hadn't received the samples. I then spoke to the same director again who told me he'd refund the money for the samples and that he couldn't help me further. He even went as far as saying he doesn't want my business! All I wanted was samples to buy a bed?? I have never experienced such disgusting customer service in my life!

The bed has arrived and tbh no faults as of yet the fabric is sensational and it’s very easy to set up! A** for me! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Lovely delivery guys also 👍

Purchased bed from this company delivered 23/1/21 damage discovered called on 25/1/21 was told would be called back nobody did called on the 26/1/21 told bed would be collected and refund issued that day today 27/1/21 I called as there had been no notification of refund the manager hung the phone up on me make sure you use PayPal or credit card to protect your purchase i have now received refund from paypal i am now getting nothing but abuse from the company trying to get the bed returned stay clear of this company thankfully i did pay through paypal the payment was not refunded by your company but by paypal after no reply from you god knows how long i would have had to wait for refund people should look at all your one star reviews still waiting for bed to be collected shocking service

Received my Nina Wingback Bed and it is amazing, it is exactly as it is in the picture I am absolutely delighted its exactly what I wanted. I also ordered the 2000 memory sprung mattress and again it is excellent quality.
Ordering was so easy and delivery was so quick.
I definitely recommend Comfy sleeps I will 100% use them again.

Had my superking eternity bed delivered two days ago and OMG I absolutely LOVE my bed! The attention to detail is immaculate and well worth the price compared to other bed companies. I will definitely be ordering again and cannot recommend you enough! Thank you so much :)

Awful, please do not use this company. The headboard they delivered would not fit up my stairs and they would not allow me to return it for a smaller one, I’m now stuck with a bed that I can’t get up the stairs. The headboards should come in two parts to allow for negotiating stairs. Total waste of money I’m devastated and the customer service were so unhelpful and will not exchange the item for an item that is in fact £80 cheaper. The item is brand new and packaged, I know my consumer rights and I will be taking this matter further

Bought a beautiful new bespoke bed from comfy sleeps, it’s absolutely stunning! Great communication from start to finish and super fast delivery. The delivery guy was extremely helpful and professional under the current covid situation.

Delivery was very fast and straight forward. The bed is absolutely beautiful and finishes our bedroom off perfectly!

What a fantastic service, I received my beautiful bed within days which I thought may be weeks due to COVID-19. The bed is everything I wanted, the description was perfect.
Mattress not purchased as I found a better deal else where.

We all love the bed and mattress, forced into getting a super king size by 5 unruly dogs.
It looks great, very comfortable and priced very competitively.

Extremely impressed with Comfy Sleeps home! They delivered the bed extremely quickly, and were very helpful over both email and phone. The bed itself is extremely well made, very soft and looks incredible. Could not fault them at all and will definitely be recommending this company to friends/family in the future.

The bed is great, looks fantastic!
But I was told when ordering 1-3 week delivery which was perfect to get the room ready and old bed out etc. Got a text 48 hours later at 8:30pm saying delivery will be in the morning..
Tried texting back and calling but no answer.
No time to arrange day off for delivery!!
No good giving 12 hours notice, we work too!!

Excellent company. They were really helpful when we had a few queries before ordering. The delivery was within the time they stated and much quicker than expected. There was great communication with the delivery with a time given and the delivery driver ringing a couple of times to let us know when they’d arrive. The bed is better than the photos, the colour is exactly how advertised and the quality is amazing. Can’t recommend them enough. Thank you for our lovely bed!

Only haft of the Oder came so at to wait until two days later but it looks nice and good quality but haven’t got it up yet

Bed arrived today, it’s perfect I love it, the quality is amazing, it looks more expensive than it is & it’s pretty. The delivery men made up the bed and they were lovely. Would of been 5 stars but only downfall was that the packaging that was used to cover the bed furniture was not removed.

Didn’t have much correspondence from the team and did have to chase this up several times, then they turned up at 7am on a Sunday with no notice. Encountered a few issues when Delivering the bed, the delivery guys couldn’t get it up the stairs (which I acknowledged is our responsibility) and said to call the owner and he would sort us another headboard then they would collect the one we have. When we called the owner he cut us off the first time (it was a Sunday) then we rang him again and he asked us to call back after 10, but no answer again. We rang Monday after a few emails and he finally called me back, he said we could have a new headboard which would be an extra £350 and we would be left with the headboard that wouldn’t fit, on top of the £1200 we had just spent. His tone was rude and abrupt. In the end, we paid an upholstery firm £60 to adjust the height and they even added extra studs for us and you couldn’t even tell a change had been made. Other than this, overall, I am very happy with the bed!
