I ordered 3 squishmallow advent calendars, on November 11th 2024, I am writing on 28/11/24 and
I haven't received them, contacting them via email is pointless as you get an automated response stating products will be delivered within 7-14 days of shipment.. they haven't even been shipped yet according to the 'Shop' tracking app.
Absolutely disgusting service from them, they are fully aware these products will need to be delivered by December 1st, and if they cannot fulfil orders by then, then they should have a cut off point as to when you can place these orders.
So that's 3 children without the advent calendars I have brought them.. terrible!

Do not buy anything from this company! They will rip you off. They take your money and deliver goods that are nothing like what’s advertised. They are impossible to contact. They don’t respond to emails, I’ve sent several asking them to let me know when they will let me have the correct item…… No response!!!!!
Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!!!! They’ll take your money and leave you disappointed! Bunch of rogues!

Ordered and paid in good faith . Waited a while then once contacted and they finally replied with “ the item is out of stock still!” How can you sell a product that you never had in stock, still waiting for refund

I order an Micromallow advent calendar at the beginning of December, despite chasing via email as no telephone number, I have had no reply or parcel. Very disappointed. Tracking details are rubbish.

I ordered squishmallow advent calendar on 13th November 2024 and still not arrived have sent emails with no reply. Have asked for a refund but no response.
Please don’t buy.

Swishy mallow calender.
They told me it had been delivered on the tracking system which is useless. You can’t call them and they never answer their e mails.
Don’t ever use this company.

Still have not received product, didn’t check reviews first. Karaoke machine. Contacted asking to return, told already on way. Told them wanted refund , was told to refuse package. How can you refuse something you have not received. SCAM.

Ordered very start of September and still waiting! No replies to emails and tracking none existent. Looks like they are scammers so beware!!

AVOID. TOTAL RIP OFF. SELL ITEMS WAY OVERY PRICED. DONT ANSWER EMAILS,TRACKING IS A JOKE AND DELIVERY TIMES ARE OUTRAGEOUS. PLEASE AVOID. HAD I BEEN AWARE IT WAS COMING FROM CHINA I WOULD HAVE NEVER ORDERED. THEIR PROM VIDIO SHOWES AN ENGLISH WOMAN REVIEWING ITEMS. MISLEADING AND SCAMERS.

Order the squishmallow advent calendar! Seemed like a great deal! Unfortunately it seems they never had them in stock so shouldn’t have taken my money!? But after lots of messages I did get refunded so pleased about that!

Ordered and received confirmation not despatched - this was a gift for my 6 year old who is very upset

Wish I had seen the reviews before ordering 😡

I’ve ordered mini squishmello advent calendar and 2 jewellery kit making sets on the 7th November 2024 and still haven’t received or heard anything I’ve emailed and had no response at all wish I read the reviews before ordering stay clear of this site now got to try and get my money back I saw the advert on instagram

Order never received. No response to emails. Tracking via Shop doesn’t show any record of order. Some other tracking link shows order delivered 10th Nov but we definitely never got anything. Would steer clear.

I have fallen for this scam I’m actually feeling stupid because I’ve been here before I checked the web sight was legit and all looks good but I now know it’s not can’t track the order and is now 59 pound out of pocket so beware people

I ordered a jewellery making kit.

Ordered a mini karaoke machine paid for but never received. Emailed and completed customer service form, no response.
Even emailed to ask for a review.
Do not order from Comfybear!

Avoid like the plague.

Awful. They don't even send you the product. They take tour money then ignore your emails. Daylight robbery!!
